I’m new to this machine, can you adjust the throttle on these like the old 800S?

Today changed my oil and had little brass shavings and a grey rubber shredded part. Any ideas what I should do?

Can this size tire be mounted on stock XP1000 wheels? Stock front tires are 9" and rears 11". Are all 4 wheels same width or are rears wider?

Seems like a stupid question but would a 2011 rzr XP 900 primary and secondary clutch fit and work on a XP 1000?
The reason for the question is that I have the chance to buy one dirt cheap and wondered if it would make a good spare for my XP 1000.
I realise that the springs and weights would be different but wondered if the rest of the clutch parts are the same or could be used as spare parts for mŷ 1000 clutch?
Hopefully someone can shed some light on this.

I guess I don’t get it. Why does everybody go this route instead of just using oem upper then shell lowers? I mean is there THAT much difference? Only reason I need them is to keep the elements off of me. Please enlighten me thanks all.

Anyone getting good quotes after the new year? Seems the price is back up some. My son is looking to purchase a xp1k and looking for best price in reach from east coast.

So I have been reading every article on this site that I can find on wheel offset. The more I read the more I am confused, ha. I want to run 30X10 tires all the way around and keep the width of the vehicle as narrow (stock) as possible. Would I be correct in ordering all four wheels with a 5+2 offset? Will the front and rear track width be the same with this set up?

I’ve been searching and haven’t found a recent thread on rzr1000 doors. I want full doors or a high quality lower filler. My budget is 400$ I’ll be making my own graphics, this seems to get me bling star doors, super ATV door skins or a bunch of options for lower door panels.

I’m lean toward bling star as I like the look but I need some feedback. Unfortunately I just missed their Christmas sale. I’ve heard some of the negatives associated with the business but I’m looking for good doors.

What do you guys recommend and what are you running? How are they holding up? I’m not a huge fan of lowers because most don’t follow the body lines.
