Maxxis Coranado?

Anyone tried these yet? I am looking to run them on the rear with ITP R Specs on the front. I have R specs all the way around but the side walls are to flexy when running lower pressures.

polaris sticker under door

Has anyone taken the Polaris sticker off under the doors? I’m trying to find out if it smooth underneath or it is livhtly textured like the rest of the plastic. Doing some color changing but my graphic guy doesn’t have anything that will stick to the textured stuff in the color I want.

Stock Rzr 1000 ECU

Okay bought a new ecu the other day. Once I installed it my Rzr would not crank. Turn over but never crank. Do new ecu’s have to be flashed? If so how do I go about doing so

Reason I bought a new ecu is so I could run a exhaust and programmer and still keep my warranty. Just swap everything back out if I need any warranty work.

Thanks!

Rzr 1000 differential problems

I got a xp 1000 that locks into 4wd when you get on the gas hard with the selector switch off. I even unplugged the switch and it still locks up. So this weekend I replaced the sprague carrier and now I’m thinking I need to do the armature plate as well. Both front axles are brand new. When you switch the rzr into 4wd it works flawlessly. Any ideas?

NEW XP1000/900s Slide Guide/Belt Deflector (Pat. Pending) by GForce Racing

Long read, so everyone has the information needed.
Many know we are mainly a suspension performance company. Once I left active duty service in the marine corps, I began developing and engineering parts for helicopters, then onto my real current path after 35 yrs. of racing. We as a race team with the new xp1000 began to suffer DNF’s from belt breakage and issues throughout all of 2014 season. Like others we chased the problem, different clutches and tuning, different belts, adding different fans, all to no fix. Finally after having the ability to work with the right people in testing other clutch products, we found the cause.
Once We realized the new design of the inner cover, mainly the placement of the exhaust port outlet, was the factor, we began testing materials, shapes, even fitting a handmade xp900 cover on the 1000 with a different exhaust port location. So, I made a call to mark at Desert Molding Company, with his vast knowledge and expertise of materials, and we began to work together to help GForce bring a fix to the utv market.
You ask why is it the inner cover exhaust port. When your belt driven system is under throttle, extreme when we are wide open throttle, we all know the belt pulls up in the primary and down into the secondary, but did you know that when we let off the throttle, the belt (already hot and more pliable, snaps like a noodle as the belt rises back to the top of the secondary. This snapping action causes the belt to hit inside the exhaust duct and catch the edge of the duct if you are back on the throttle quickly, here’s our belt damage and friction. which I will explain in pics below.
As far as testing data, we havnt damaged or broken any belts since testing began 6 months ago. Now the drivers can drive the car in any manor and not worry about belt issues. The last 3 races were using the same Gates belt on one car and the 14 stock oem belt on the other car, all consisting of XC, TT, and GP style events totaling 150 hard race miles. 3 weeks ago, the product was tested by 2 Worcs series pro utv drivers who put 2.5 hrs of race test driving in the CA sand and heat with no issues of damage or belt fade during driving. During testing we found not only can we help the belt from damage, but we can also help lower the internal belt temp. by a average of 15-30 degrees from less friction. Addition of a fan decreases temps even way further at this point.
Pic #1 is a damages inner cover and exhaust port from very aggressive driving, which we had always thought was the effect after a belt had broken and caused.
Pic #2 is a prototype pc showing just how far back into the exhaust duct the belt can hit
Pic #3 is the new finished product that you receive with installation instructions and stainless hardware
Pic #4 is the new Pat. pending product which is made to fit both xp1000 and 15 900 inner covers. Soon also to be a xp900 guide to help frictional heat for those who rub the covers with the belt
