Ok I was checking my relays and after I put them back in and went start it, it turned over and sparked in fuserelay box and shut off. Leaving no power to anything.
I checked relays and found I had plugged the fuel pump relay terminals on the 20 amp broker terminals.
So I replaced that relay with new, had battery checked good, had ECM checked on another xp1000 good, checked all fuses good, except the 20 amp breaker which I did order a new one but its on freaking back order.

just bought a brand new 2016 1000xp in the titanium and lime squeeze color
i bought it from abernathys with a pro armor cage and rear and front bumper already
everything is powdercoated the lime squeeze color except the front bumper
was hoping to have a local guy powder coat it for me and also order a set of rock sliders to match or raw and have them done too.
I’m reading through some threads of people complaining that after it gets dirty you can’t see through it. That’s not my concern. Are these things so tall that a guy that’s 5’8 can’t see over it? My buddy has a maverick I sat in his could see over it just fine.

Has anyone had any issues pulling proper rpm with a dalton kit on a stock 2014 two seat? We were down there end of July and I could not for the life of me get this thing to pull proper. My setup was as per the instructions and was super low rpm(7400 ish) so I kept on taking set screws and finally the rivet out to a totally empty weight and still couldn’t get it to pull (7900 ish).
My rzr is stock/dalton with a set of sand drifters with venomous rims and doors and roof so not a whole lot of added weight. Rzr had 22 miles on it at the time .
The general area didn’t respond to my question. My question has to do with turf mode and can it be made to work on the rzr 1000xp and the 1000xp4. It is my understanding that the 570LE, 900 Ranger, the 900s as well as both 1kxp and 1kxp4 have the same transmissions. What would it take to get turf mode on 1kxp and 1kxp4? Both the 570LE and the 900 ranger have turf mode. Just asking

With a lift and 32’s I get concerned about my roof mounted light bar on tight trails with low hanging limbs, sometimes I have to push them up and out of they way to get under them. I bought the OSP brackets so I could move the light to the front of the windshield but I’ve found that they aren’t working out with my Polaris Poly Flip Down Windshield, there isn’t enough clearance between the rear of the light and the windshield. Has anybody run into this and figured out a way to make them work? I’m thinking I can try a 1/2" spacer between the bracket and cage mounting hole, it might take even more than a 1/2".
