Just started having problems with my 2012, only has 550 miles and never been submerged or in mud. After driving 2.5 miles to deer stand, it sat for 10 mins. Went to start it and it tried to start, but then just would spin over. After sitting for 30-45 mins, it started up fine. Now every time I ride it, it won’t start unless it sits. Any help out there?????

Hi guys, i have a 2014 rzr 800s and recently it lost power while driving down logging road, i keep this thing looking showroom condition, Took clutch apart figuring it was a belt and nope.. So took it to dealer for warranty work 3yrs left (corner stone) found out it had 2 bent rods..

They now say they arn’t covering it because it was hydrolocked… Well, dealer found no water anywhere on machine, in oil, diffs etc. How can they assume it was hyrolocked?

How else would these bend?

Sometimes when I get on the throttle "typically at the bottom of a big dune hill" my rzr bogs out and has occasionally stalled out. Acting like it got flooded. Fuel consumption has be triple.

This is a hard to recreate problem. And not always there.

And it will run for hours without coming back, but it is a fuel eating monster.

Here the specs:
800s 2010 w/ mcx turbo kit installed.
120 hrs total.

Air filter is clean and I pulled plugs and replaced.

Any idea where I should start trouble shooting?

I have had my rzr for under 300 miles i replaced my a arms with super atv ones and they are great nice heavy duty way nicer than the stock thing metal a arms. Long story short they blamed it on the a arms and would not cover the front diff which made noise from when i bought it last Polaris i buy!! There customer service sucked so disspointed in them.

Looking to replace the stock A Arms on my 13 800s.

Any suggestion would be helpful.

Had a battery go completely dead. After changing out the battery my Rzr won’t run. It will start if you hold the throttle half way. It also surges while running at half throttle. Once you let off the throttle it dies. It will crank back up and only run at half throttle
