So during a ride today I had to plug the sidewall on my stock 27" Bighorns that came with the bike. I’m not bashing Bighorn’s stuff happens. Anyways, I was looking at Zillas as a replacement. MY question is will 28/10/12 fronts and 28/12/12 rears fit on stock Black Crusher wheels with no mods and NOT rub?
Also if in the future I put a 2" lift and keep the stock wheels will there be any rubbing?
Hello everyone, problem I’m having is each day I go out to start my 2009 RZR S 800 it turns over and won’t start right away. Basically what I do is turn the key to the on position to let it cycle (I do this twice). Then proceed with turning the key to start it. Usually it will not start and I will have to turn the key to the off position and try again. It will start after a few times doing this but why is it doing this? I’ve even had it backfire while cranking it over, sometimes it even starts directly after a backfire.
Once machine has been started for the day I have no more problems. It runs great and never backfires when riding. Could this be a fuel pump issue? Any help would be great. Thanks everyone
We have been looking to get into a used RZR for some time. I finally found one with all the features we are looking for and then some at an amazing price! However, it has very high miles!
This is from a dealer that is well respected in our area- he states purchased new from him by senior couple who rides our extensive rail bed trail system nearly every day. The couple simply upgraded to a new RZR 900 this year (and added the expensive extras to the new one). He has even offered to introduce me to couple…
So is this too good to be true?
-$8000
-RZR 800 EPS
-full Rangerware cab with heater
-winch
-camoplast Tatou 4s tracks included
-brush guards
*-BUT HAS 9,000 miles

Basically, how many 800, 800S, RZR 4’s or any other that used that crappy differential were sold? any ideas? I’m wondering just how many people were potentially effected.
2009 RZR 800 S, 3381 miles, 365 hours, winch, front bumper, rock sliders, aluminum skid plate, 2" lift, gorilla axles (never has had oversized tires, just lifted for ground clearance) $8000 OBO, call after 5 pm, Sorry no trades and local pickup only, 812-798 six one one eight, located in Linton, Indiana
First question is do these clutch upgrades really make a difference or is it like the whole exhaust programmer hype with no noticeable increase? Second question is what is the best kit to buy For a bottom end increase? I could care less about my top end as long as it doesn’t knock me under 45 mph. We ride tight trails, steep hills, play around on big rocks, and I want more bottom end power. Thanks for any advice.
