who sells rebuilt front diffs with upgraded aluminum sprag. for a 2014 rzr 800s thanks

Hi guys, first time here, I currently have a rhino 660 with many mods. I found a 2009 Rzr S on Craigslist that smoked, hit the guy up about trading my rhino for it and its very possible we might trade but I wanted yalls input. He said that he bought if off of a guy and then put in a new top end but it still smokes, not very bad he said though. About 5 miles on the rebuild (makes me think he hasn’t burnt the oil out of the exhaust yet) but I expect the worse. Has 1700 miles in all, my rhino has 2300 and is worth about $6000. Look at the picture of the rzr, should I trade or keep the old reliable rhino?

Hey all, can someone offer suggestions for what it takes to run 30" Tires on a 2013 800 SLE?

I have progressive Springs on the way from Hawk Engineering to get my factory clearance back.

I am guessing forward arched A arms (supposedly that alone will get me 29.5" tires?)

Then maybe a 2" lift? (Jason at Hawk said to get a lift that attaches to the BOTTOM of the shock to not change the angle for a better ride), suggestions?

And finally, go the same size all the way around or wider rims in the rear? (please state tire and rim sizes that worked for you?)

Hi I have just bought a 2009 RZRS for my self and son , just wondered if anybody could help , when the RZR engine is ticking over in gear it creeps forward and when I put my foot on the brake it stops but the belt squeals a little then when I take my foot off the brake it tries too move forward , when I throttle up it takes off smoothly up too top speed , so any adivce would be great , many thanks Dan

hello, I hope that hunterworks can see thus thread but anyone is more than welcome to help me.

I have a 2009 rzr 800s with the engine from a 2013 with computer the only thing left from a 2009 is fuel pump and frame.

I bought a dalton clutch kit and decided today to install it.

I followed rhe instruction and for 28" to 30" between 0-4000 elevation it said to use the 3.1g rivet with 2 set screws. by the way I have 28" zillas. so I install what was said in the instruction and installed the black spring.

I went for a ride and floored it and hit rev limiter.
I went back and tried with 3 screws then with 3-1/2 since I hit rev limiter again.

now I was still hitting rev limiter so per the instruction I decided to drill out the 3.1g (this is where I think I fudged up.) so I installed the 3.6 rivet and started with 1 set screw. hit rev limiter again. now I started thinking that something was wrong. started paying more attention to the rpm and noticed that the rev mLimiter I thought I was hitting is ar 4500-5000 rpm is that possible??? also I tried with 3 set screws and 3-1/2 and decided to ask questions on here.

it hits the limiter and then continues on to 61-6300 rpm that I noticed.

is it possible that the rev limiter that I think Im hitting is more of a fuel pump or regulator issue?

I didnt notice if I was hitting the limiter before the clutch kit. should I put it back to stock?

I really need help.

also should I try to source new 3.1g rivet as I destroyed mine?

mine rzr is stock except for I am missing the spark arrestor.

I noticed the other day that I had about 1/2" shaking the rear tires/wheels from top to bottom so I replaced the wheel bearing well that didn’t help any. So doing some research and notice that the hubs on the 800s wear too so I order new hubs for the rear and installed them and the same nothing changed again no I’m not sure what’s the problem? Maybe bearing carrier or axle face not flat if anyone has been thought this please help thanks

2009 rzr 800s

I have a 2012 800s that I’m looking at buying. Once the engine gets to around 185 degrees the valves start tapping. Motor oil was just changed to Rotella T6 5w-40 with a Wix oil filter. I don’t know if the valves where making noise before I changed the oil. Anyone ever experience this before?
