Anyone ever replace the seal on the airbox intake lid? I did as I ordered 2 of the them from RMATV … OEM part#5813078 … just because I guess. The one I took out of my 2012 800S LE was square in shape and the replacements I bought were round. As critical as clean air is, I thought "why not?"
Not sure if necessary … just thought it couldn’t hurt.
Bought a used 2010 800 S didn’t come with stock door nets. Call me weird, I like them. Looking to see if anyone has a set they are willing to sell or trade.
I was riding this last weekend and to be nice, I let my boy and wife take my 1000 and the cushy ride and I rode her 2010 RZR S. I hadn’t rode it for a long time…who would if they had a 1000, right? Although I’ve kept everything greased, it rattled and rode horribly. Obviously she has been way too good about not complaining. I’ve already got the bushings and started pulling things apart. My one concern is the shocks. The springs have surely drooped, I’ll be replacing those. They don’t leak at all…so should they still be rebuilt? What about nitrogen? There’s no valve, how are they recharged?
Hello everyone I have had a 2014 RZR 800s for me and my wife to ride and enjoy. Recently I had 2 flat tires on the drivers side while riding upon further inspection the aluminum wheel actually has grooves cut in it from the brake calipers of al things. I pulled the wheels on the passenger side and same thing happening on that side too. My razr is completely stock other than a 3 inch lift. Has anyone ever experienced this before? if so what did you do to correct problem
Coming out of the HMT for the last day, cruising along stopped then started again, about 100 yards later I lost all drive. I was in 2wd. Got out looked in the back and gear fluid was under the machine all over.
Looked a little closer and saw the pinion gear had come loose and blew a hole through the transfer/rear case.
Got it home took it apart and found the cause. The end shaft on the pinion gear that goes into the coupling to the transmission had broken off inside the coupler.
Thus allowing the pinion to roll around inside the case, causing the hole
Any thoughts or ideas

I got my fan on a switch and when I turn it on it idles down and eventually dies. It will idle while the fan is not running. I’m sure it’s been a ked before but I’m new to these
well I was trying to remove my primary clutch my impact was struggling to turn the puller any farther so I thought maybe If I put a little pressure behind the primary sheave with a small prybar it. Long story short I chipped a good chunk off it couldn’t believe how easy it broke. So I researched I understand they are a balanced set and cheapest I can find is partzilla for 460 bucks. If I have to spend that much id rather find a good aftermarket primary. Or preferably is there a place I can send this too that can fix this? thanks!
