Looney tuned programmer

I am looking for some help. I have installed the LT dual exhaust and LT programmer on my machine. Have not touched any of the setting on the programmer. I have only put on 40 km on my RZR since installing the programmer. ON the last ride, it started to sound really rough and losing power, I noticed a grey fluid coming out of the water pump seal hole. I shut the machine off to check it out, and now it will not start. I drained the oil, it was over full, and had gas in it. Pulled the air filter and had a gas smell. I am guessing that too much fuel was being dumped in and it was passing the rings and valves. I have now changed the oil and filter, cleaned and dried out the air box, pulled the plugs and replaced, removed the LT programmer. It still will not fire. Any suggestions?

Screeching clutch

In my quest to quiet down my RZR, I have ordered the SLP Super Silent exhaust. Now I would like to deal with the screaming clutch above 28 mph, if possible. I am the 2nd owner, but the original owner said it has done it since new. The RZR only has 830 relatively easy miles on it.

When I first bought it, I took it to the local ATV mechanic and he put a new belt in it, which did nothing to stop the screaming. I have no idea what is causing the loud high pitch scream, but could it possibly be the primary bearing? I will order one from Hunterworks if that is the problem. But I hate to keep throwing money at it hoping for a cure.

I have had plenty of ATV’s and a Teryx and none of them had this screaming clutch thing going on. It’s just hard to believe it is normal, but I have no friends with a stock one to compare it to. Thanks in advance for any help and advice.

Overheating 2013 800s while towing a trailer

Ok, here is the latest issue. Lol

My dad decided that he wanted to try my sxs at thr hunting camp and since
My fathrr gave everything to me I told
Him that he could bring it.

I am not the kind of person that like to lend things.

Anyway so when he got there they have about 45 mins of atv/sxs to do with a loaded trailer and the trailer is a home built 4×8 trailrr and its pretty much loaded with coolers, generstor, propanes etc. anyway my dad told me that he did it in low as its all in the wood and you cant go fast. He promised that it
Was in low and that it wasnt struggling to pu the load at all. But he told me that he had to let it cool down 3 times as the light came on in the dash. He said that it went to 118c thats around 240f.

Anyway they then went for a couple rides within the next couple days but without the trailer obviously and he went through a tank of gas and it never went above the 96celsius.

I know theres a lot of thread with overheating bit couldnt find one with inly happening with a trailrr!!

Is that normal?? My dad is not really hard on stuff.

I checked everything over yesterday. Oil , coolant and it was all beautiful. Lol

Is there something I should do so that it doesnt haplen again?

Anyone have the SLP Super Silent exhaust?

I have searched and only found a few that actually have this muffler system and could find no reviews. Also, I couldn’t find a Youtube video with it either. I am just about ready to purchase one, and had a few questions. I was hoping someone had pics of one installed and possibly a sound clip. Thanks for any help or advice.

New here (from Utah)!

So, I have this "widowmaker" by UTVTech RZR/S-800. Seems this thing has all sorts of bells & whistles added. There’s an MPI tuner, supercharger, datalogger, etc. The dash display is all digital and there’s one hell of a thumping stereo system on this thing too.

Unfortunately, the machine is unbearably loud. I don’t quite know how to explain the noise, but running 30mph down the trail, we can’t hear each other and need to wear hearing protection.

Second, the ride is super-rough. The machine has Fox dual-reservoir shocks, but the suspension is pretty much flattened out in the rear. I can’t believe how heavy the rear-end of this machine is.

Finally, on deceleration, the belt on the supercharger whines like it’s slipping. Doesn’t do it running, just going downhill, etc.

I’m a long-time ATV’er (Kawasaki and Polaris), so this SxS stuff is brand new to me. It literally took me over 5 minutes to figure our where the fuel cap was.. Once I took the doors off, voila — there it was on the passenger side.

Re-valved Dual-rate spring and Fox DSC shocks for sale

I had my stock Fox Podium shocks revalved with Dual rate springs and Fox Dual speed controllers put on in June of this year. I am now selling my 800 S and it is being sold with my Bandit shocks I bought while these were being rebuilt.

I have over $1600 in them and they have 150 miles of trail riding on them.

I would like $1000 for them.

PM me if you are interested.:)
