Hi I own a 2014 Rzr 800EPS which I just bought the Super ATV conversion kit to make it a Rzr S style. The kit I bought (got a good deal) comes with the axle shafts and not complete axles. I was hoping if someone can tell me can I run stock Rzr 800 S axles with this kit? Are they long enough? I know they’ll end up breaking but until I can afford Rhino axles can I use them?

I posted this in the engine/drivetrain section with no luck so here it is . I have a 2014 800s I only have a dalton clutch kit for mods. I mostly run trails a couple of short course races a year and silver lake once a year. I’m really considering a bbk just not sure on which one. I’m looking at the muzzy’s 850, the bikeman 800, the dragon fire 857 I know I’m not going to beat 900xp’s I just want to be somewhat competitive. I’m looking for the biggest bang for the buck and if I should run any other mods with a big bore, fuel controller, exhaust , ect. Also thinking about a port and polish job on the head, has anyone noticed a difference with head work or is it not worth it. Any info will help thanks

I have 09 800s just recently got and having trouble idling put new plugs and wires and it was idling good till I gothink to the orv park then we not to crap. Wouldn’t idle, had to hold gas down to start it up. There is also a hose on top of cylinder head on passenger side I’m guessing it’s a vent tube but it was misting out gas while it was running. Had an engine cold 27 pop on which is tps sensor and I reset it by unhooked battery. Didn’t come back on but sometimes it would idle and sometimes it would. Sometimes it would idle about 800. Give it gas it will take off. Full throttle it falls on its face. Said it had new fuel pump put in not too long ago.

I have an 09 rzr 800 s with super Atv arched forward a arms the rzr is new to me but the turning radius sucks on it I tried to measure it today and looks to be around 25′ anyway to make it better I read up on the a arms come with a steering spacer to keep your from turning to much any help would be appreciated thanks

my 2012 800s started overheated all the way until the engine shut off, I am very new to them and not very mechanically inclined but I got it back home and checked the water pump And noticed it was leaking so I went to dealership got new gasket put it and and still same thing I’ve tried flushing the radiator and still nothing. Anybody got any suggestions?

Looking to upgrade the springs on my 11′ 800s. Any suggestions on what to buy without braking the bank? Thanks

Ordered a Odyssey 925L today because my battery ate it. Should I expect an issue with the stock battery tray holding the weight from the new battery? Read some people adding a battery box, but not sure if that’s just for the second battery, or if it’s for the original replacement as well.
