Just had my passenger welt belt give out, just wondering what harness people are running pros/cons?

I have a 2010 RZR-S 800. Winch installed, street legal kit, and earthX lithium battery. These are the only aftermarket parts that are relevant to these problems.

Problem 1. For about a year now I’ve been having this symptom. I’ll be riding along having a grand ol’ time, and sometimes I’ll let off the gas and come to a stop, and realize that the idle is really low. Then it runs really piggy. The way I fix it is to turn the RZR off and turn it back on. The idle returns to normal and it continues running fine. This can happen up to a few times during a day ride. Any ideas?

Problem 2. Last night I went for a ride, and this was the first I’ve ever experienced this problem. We were riding along, and all of a sudden I lost everything. The speedo cluster turned off, and the engine died. Just like if I had turned the rzr off. I coast for 10 or 20 feet and everything comes back on like nothing happened and I keep driving. Never having come to a stop. This happened to me 3 or 4 times on a 15 mile ride. When we turned around to come home, it never happened again. I went on another ride trying to get it to do it again so I could diagnose, but it never happened again.

Any ideas? Could these problems be related?

My Rzr 800 is not getting fire, I chenged the cps and still getting the 636 code. Can someone please help me out? ITested for ohms on yellow and white and got like 582 but got like 4 on black wire. Am I doing something wrong? Thanks in advance

We were going down the road running a nice 45mph when there was a loud "bang" type noise (just like the sound of a CVT belt detonating) followed by the smell of rubber and then the machine just shut off.

The starter is trying to do its thing, because its cranking — it just won’t fire up.

I took the CVT cover off and the belt seems fine. In Park, I can free spin the clutches.

The belt to the turbo/super-charger also appears to be intact.

So, what the heck happened and how do I go about trouble shooting?

It’s going to be FUGLY trying to get this dead machine into the garage of my toy hauler so I can get home!

2010 rzr s 800, want to go with 30 silverbacks, was told they wont fit,, anyone have them? whats the issues?

Has anyone done the full size battery mod? Very much considering it as my battery capped out. Any pros or cons? Thanks

I am looking for some help. I have installed the LT dual exhaust and LT programmer on my machine. Have not touched any of the setting on the programmer. I have only put on 40 km on my RZR since installing the programmer. ON the last ride, it started to sound really rough and losing power, I noticed a grey fluid coming out of the water pump seal hole. I shut the machine off to check it out, and now it will not start. I drained the oil, it was over full, and had gas in it. Pulled the air filter and had a gas smell. I am guessing that too much fuel was being dumped in and it was passing the rings and valves. I have now changed the oil and filter, cleaned and dried out the air box, pulled the plugs and replaced, removed the LT programmer. It still will not fire. Any suggestions?
