Problem with take off.

New to SXS family. Just purchased a Stealth 2014 800S with EFI and EPS. Seems like when give it gas it has to wind up to go. Delayed take off. When it goes it does take off. Seller said this RZR had no problems. I am worried there is a clutch issue right off the lot. Any advice or comments that would help with this problem would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks All.

Overheating help!

I got a friend rzr 800, and its overheating. Here is the history. She got it on eBay and shipped to her. It’s a 2012 s. It had a eBay aftermarket radiator, it’s thicker and taller than factory radiator. She took it to a Polaris dealer and they charged her $400 and told her they couldn’t find out why it’s overheating, so I told her to bring it over and I would have a look, the radiator is not plugged with dirt, I installed and new water pump because it was cheap, changed the thermostat, cooling system looks clean, I parked it on a very steep incline and bled it at the thermostat housing, and ran it on the incline and kept adding coolant from the top of radiator the small 3/8" size hose on the right corner and kept the cap on, because it is high than the cap on this aftermarket radiator, also the fan dose not fit the radiator like the factory radiator it leave gaps around all of it. If you let it idle it will keep rising up past 222, if I rev it up it will start dropping until it get around 204-206 degrees. And then start goin back up. I have left it parked on the steep incline for 2 days now and I got a little air out of the radiator and it’s complete full. Do you think it’s the radiator? It’s larger than stock but the fan doesn’t seal up close to it. Or do u think its a motor issue? It runs great. Please help

2015 rzr 900s already worn out?

Bought in feb, really love the machine but wow I am on a first name basis with the parts dept. So far I have replaced the steering rack all 4 wheel bearings and all the a-arm bushings are very loose I went through one set of ball joints and install the high lift front a-arms, all the rest of the suspension seems very loose and you can wiggle the wheels back and forth with the new rack the steering it is at least tight. I grease suspension befor every ride and change oil every 50 hours and so far no engine leaks or problems, with my modified intake the air filter stays very clean even in harsh conditions. My question is, anybody else have suspension problems, my machine has 2000 miles

13 rzrS800 lugnut size

i have a manual but i dont see the size in there. trying to buy new wheels and dident know polaris uses different sized lugs. i come from the rhino world and the rhinos r all the same. i think its 3/8"x24 but would just like to verify that with the more experienced people.

Please help, dont wanna pull all my hair out…

Hi guys. I usually just lurk and find all the info I can. But this one has me stumped.
Working on a 2011 rzr s. Motor needed to be rebuilt from rod bearing failure. Customer took the engine to the dealer and had it rebuilt. New internals from the crank up… new crank, new cylinder, pistons, cam, lifters, pushrods, etc. Brought the engine back to me. I installed the engine. Heres my problem:

The engine will start but die quickly for a few tries, then it will start and continue running but idle kinda rough. Throws the code for the cam phase sensor. When you press the throttle it stumbles badly at first and then revs on up. But generally runs crappy…
So ive changed the cam sensor with a known good sensor. No change. Swapped ecus with a running machine. No change. Pulled the loom from the wiring harness and checked for breaks. None found and got continuity through wires with a meter. Still in suspect I pulled a cam sensor harness from an old wiring harness and rewired the sensor from the ecu to the sensor…. No CHANGE… I get voltage and ground at the sensor plug. All along ive disconnected the battery trying to clear codes in between attempts to fix the issue. Nothing worked. So I removed the engine again. Pulled the stator and checked timing. Timing is correct… This is where I am. What do I check now? What else could cause the phase sensor problem?
Sorry for the long post. Thanks for any input.
