I am hoping that someone here can point me in the proper direction . I am installing a winch and the instructions say that the handheld remote and the dash toggle switch need to be wired to a keyed power source. On the firewall of the 2016 900 s there is an electric block . It appears that it needs power ran to it , which I am going to do while installing the winch. This block has 3 tabs , a "bat" , "Grd " and an "acc" . Is this acc post , which has a single wire already ( factory ) running to it a keyed power source? I have read other discussions about bringing power to the other 2 lugs on this block , but not seen mention about the third lug . If this is not a keyed source , does anyone know where on this machine I would find one? All the wiring runs in factory looms , so I am not real crazy to just start hacking into it. Thanks for any guidance.

Ok guy’s I’m running 28’s tires wanting to change the clutch weights and springs checked epi kit… kit comes with a white spring for the primary I think it in gages at 2600 rpm not wanting to in gage that high what other springs could I use maybe silver or almond but not sure

Hi guys what is the best front bearing

Just noticed a leak on the transmission split line on my 2011 800s. From what I can find it looks like the only way to split the housing and reseal is to pull the engine. Anyone done this? Is there an easier way? Looks like a lot work either way.

like the title says my speedometer started jumping around a while back, was intermittent at first until it stopped working completely. the engine light would come on and off blinking and shit. last ride out it would not let me floor my throttle when it hit about 5800rpm my rzr would cut out but only when engine light was on. engine code 84 2 said vehicle speed signal. data erratic or intermittent. after a lil research I figured my vehicle speed sensor was bad, after replacing with a new sensor the needle now jumps again. I looked around the forums and cant seem to find a cause or a fix. any 2 else here had this prob and wad able to clear it your input would be greatly appreciated thx in advance :popcorn:

My 2013 800 s seems to be riding low on the drivers side. Ive adjusted the springs to compensate. Is anyone else out there finding it necessary to adjust these to keep the ride level? I have down this twice in the back and once in the front. And this time only to the drivers side.

Are the rear wheel bearings hard to replace? Upgrades? Place to buy?

Low mileage unit. Is this common to fail?
