Custom exhaust?

We have a great exhaust guy here that can make custom mufflers,I’d like to have him make one for us with two 2" out lets.will the fuel system adjust it self since there will be more air flow or can I adjust it myself.iv got a service Manuel for it but haven’t had time to go through it.obviously I don’t want to run too lean.

fluid chane requirements /recommendations

2014 800s I have searched til my eyes bled and can’t seem to come up with a definite answer on the different fluids. From what I’ve read its mobil 1 synthetic atf for the front diff, mobil 1 75/90 gear oil for the transfer case, transmission, and rear diff. I noticed though that the rear calls for a atv drive fluid? Is using what i named ok?

Oil leak 2013 800S LE

I have noticed a small oil leak on my machine where the shaft enters the engine at the back, but it doesn’t appear to be the shaft seal. It looks like its from the bolts around the casting or maybe a small crack. Dumb question here, what fluid is it? Engine oil or tranny fluid? It looks like its regular oil to me. Do you need to pull the motor to repair this? Any help is great, thanks.

RZR 800s control arm

New to the site so hello to everyone.

So here’s my deal, I was out for a big group ride the other weekend and hit a pretty big stump in the grass, needless to say my ride was ended right then and there as the lower driver side Control arm didn’t stand a chance,haha.
Now that I have it all cleaned up I noticed that the passenger side has a slight bend in it too so I’ve been looking into some high clearance control arms. Wondering what is the best bang for the buck, looking at the ‘Super ATV’ brand with the 1.5" off set. Has anyone ran these or any other brands?
Sorry if this has been asked on another thread just getting used to this.

Do I Have A Problem? Front Driveline Movement

Noticed a new rattle from the front end about half way through my last ride. Seemed to be based on vibrations / RPM’s. No rattle at idle but chatter around 2500 RPM’s. Got out and moved things to try to find it and found this in the front joint behind the differential. Shaft going into the diff is solid, the movement seems to be up and down and in the shaft going to the rear. Due for its 100 hour service and am fearful this will be costly. Anyone have experience? I understand that you can’t just replace a U-Joint but rather the whole drive shaft has to be replaced. Thanks!
