Super atv a arms

My new a arms came in today and I noticed on the upper arm further towards rear of machine does not have a great fitting but does have bushing. I wonder if anybody has ever drilled and tapped this for a grease fitting to help with bushings lasting longer? I was also tinkering with the ideal of tacking some fine steel diamond mesh on bottom for protection from sticks and things. Any tips or comments?

Tail lights and switches won’t shut off

I’ve got a 900s that when I kill it and pull the key out even after the delay the tail lights and 4×4 switch won’t turn off. Also my accessory switches won’t turn off without me pulling the "term fuse" out of the fuse box… 2 of my buddies are having the same issue and I’m stumped. I don’t show any codes and the voltage regulator didn’t affect it at all if unplugged and the motor not running. I’m thinking ignition delay any help is greatly appreciated…. :redrzr:

CV boot Replacement/CV guards

First off, found a small hole in rear inner boot. No prob. Well, we ordered a new boot kit. Got it open and realized the clamps that they sent are total junk. If you don’t have the 30.00 tension tool, forget it. We tried to put it on, and the two arms that you press down to secure the clamp popped right back up. Junk.

Use industrial zip-ties, they hold tighter. Also didn’t realize that the joint end does not come off! So we had to heat the boot with a hair dryer, grease it and invert it to stretch it over the joint, then slide joint and balls over the boot as well. What a pain in the Arse.
We ordered the CV guards from EMP to prevent anything from getting @ the boots again. You almost have to take tires off the rear end to get them on, but not on the front. They fit pretty nice, only the front bolts are not long enough, we had to use our own bolts.
Just a note I have seen boots that are seamed and glue together after installing, anyone used any of those?

help! 2015 900 lower door graphics

i,m sure this has been asked a million times already but
does any body have or who is willing to make a oem style graphic door copy
for the oem lower door polaris insert and little triangle on the side in which comes blank as well?
the lower door insert is just a little dimple colors based on what the model is
