So Trip #5 with the RZR (7 weeks old) and 197 miles on the unit. This is what my belt did. Is this normal?
The belt let loose at 55-60mph cruising down a dirt road at steady speed. Quite a few clunks/thumps and then pulled over. Shrapnel underneath the belt cover coating the skid plate. My local dealer (not my selling dealer unfortunately) is willing to look at it and try to push this back on Polaris because it seems abnormal to me. What about everyone else? I’m having a hard time believing that 197 miles into ownership a belt should self destruct like this. I’m fully aware of the fact that this is considered a "wear" item though and stands a good chance of being denied.
I just bought a 2015 RZR S900 EPS and took it out riding for the 1st time yesterday.
Shortly after unloading and letting her warm up, I started driving it. About 1 minute into the ride, I heard a loud "pressure sound" the kind that you hear when semi-trucks release the air from their brakes. Right after that, the engine cut out, and I got the following check engine light codes (see pics). I’m able to start it, but it doesn’t accelerate and cuts out shortly after.
Any help and advice would be greatly appreciated! :notworthy:

Has anyone installed the Polaris rear cage extension on the 900s? I’m thinking it might add strength to the roll cage and double as a rear bumper too. Some rear bumpers I’ve seen don’t look too durable. Photos and comments would be appreciated:question:

Okay so I was riding couple weeks ago down at brimstone and come over a little whoop pretty fast, and when landing, snapped and shredded a belt… Replaced the belt and continued riding for weekend…. Ever since replacing the belt, on deceleration there is a loud grinding like noise I keep hear, it does in L and H both… I installed dalton clutch kit yesterday, and it is still doing this… Even put gates belt on yesterday… Machine is ’15 900s with 250ish miles on it…
Anyone had this problem? And if so what do I need to do to fix the issue

Anyone know where I can find the steering wheel bezel in voodoo blue? Just a replacement part for the OEM steering wheel on the 900s (plastic diamond shaped sort of)
Also the OEM speedo bezel in voodoo blue
May be a stupid question but I want some performance done. Suggestions? Will a new pipe make a difference? New clutch? If so for these what do you guys reccomend? Thanks!
