Badlands to Hatfield and McCoys

I love the badlands in Attica, In. but we are heading east. Has anyone been to either Little Coal River or Ivy Branch. My Black pearl is all stock set up w/4500lb winch. Just wondered about the trails sure wont stay on the green trails. Also never had been on long trail system and had to worry about extra gas. How far has everyone gone between fill ups.

Easy way to change ball joints

Any suggestions on how to move the ball joints from my stock a-arms to a new set? I have seen different methods online but figure that someone here has a good way to do it with little effort, tools or skill :question:

900s more power! Why not?

What’s happenin guys?! Now don’t get me wrong, I love the power of my 900s, but why not more? I know I don’t really need it, I can already pretty much burn the back tires off it anywhere in at running high in the woods, but sure why not? I just wonder what all polaris did to the 900 to tone it down in the 900s from the xp.. If the lil 900s truly has 75 engine hp now it would be wicked with nearly 90!! But what would that take? External tuning? Internal engine parts? I guess surely it must have different cams or something to have a nearly 15 hp difference and not be able to gain it back with a lil tuning.. What does it take to push her to xp power and beyond? I’m sure somebody actually knows! Tell me what you got!

Blown Shock Seal

Anyone else having problems with their fox shocks? At 4000 miles one of the front ones started to drool oil, so I sent both front ones to Fox for a rebuild. Now @ 4700 miles and a front one totally blew out the seal with oil all over the wheel well. Both rears no problems.
Any suggestions on replacements?

Hey guys I am looking for suggestions on a wheel combination for the S900. Its not for aesthetics but for pure function. I bought the S900 for my wife and I have been frustrated because I thought I could put it in the bed of my Super Duty. The measurements work and I have seen pics of them in some beds. Both times that I tried, the rear tires literally ripped my tailgate to shreds trying to get in. So before I spend $2K on a diamondback tonneau cover I started thinking about buying two smaller spare front wheel/tires and putting them on the back when loading/unloading. It will be a PITA I know to change every time but certainly cheaper. There is no information on Polaris’s website on the 2015 wheels. I even tried calling them and after 10 min on hold they hung up. I know the front tires are Dirt Commander 27×9-14. I’m assuming the rear width is the same as the front, only the tire sizes are different? Does anyone know the lug pattern specs, etc?
