Im sure I already know the answer and I am also confident I could find validtation using the search button but for some reason it wont work today!
Last night on a ride my charging system was reading between high 11-low 12 volts. then it dropped instantly to low 10s. I shut off my radio and light bar and started back home. on my ride back home my volts would instantly shoot back and fourth from 9-10 volt range to 11-12 volt range. it seems like it would just start charging again briefly like flipping a switch.
I assume its my voltage regulator as I have 1400 miles on it with no relocation but before I went that route I would like to hear any other possible issues. Checked my wiring for corrosion and/or loose connections and everything looks good.
My new RZR 900 S does not always go into reverse even when the indicator says R. It seems to have 2 spots when feeling the position, one works and the other does not. Is this a cable adjustment issue or a shifter issue and how can I fix this? Thanks
OK, I purchased the Polaris black plastic A Arm guards for my 2015 Rzr 900 S. I’m having a problem with installing the rear guards. The guards come with 4 bolts, 4 washers, and 4 nuts. There are 4 pre drilled holes in the A Arm guards. When I line the guard up with the A Arm, there are 3 holes in the guards that line up perfectly with the A Arms. The problem I am having is with the last bolt. There is simply no hole in the A Arm for this bolt to go through. There is not even a hole close by. The A Arm guard fits perfectly with the A Arm so I no it is installed correctly.
Is anyone else having this problem ? Should there have been a bracket provided for the last bolt ?
Hello, I just ruined my second tire in two months. Both got slashed from rocks on the sidewall. I am looking for opinions on the best possible tire I can buy. I ride on the east coast and ride on rock and hard packed surfaces.

I just installed a set of OPT-7’s Bolt series bi-xenon 5000k hid’s, no more yellow lights! Lights color matches my light bar perfect. These were simple to install and makes night riding great. Price was 79.99 from Ebay.
POS won’t cycle or run fuel pump in the cold. Throws different codes too. Always ran quality fuel and sea foam in it also. Bring it inside and it warms up and runs. Ideas? #junk #summerrzronly
Bottom line is "Tree stump -1, 900S -0". Recently hit a 8" by 15" high stump on a logging road and destroyed lower front right A-arm and axle. Also bent the tie rod at the threads before the outer lock nut. It is a slight bend and I think I can straighten it. I want to take the forged tie rod end off to but it in a vice so I can hold the end of the tie rod to straighten it. I tried loosening the tie rod ball joint and it loosened a little but now just spins. How do I keep the ball joint shaft from spinning when trying to loosen the nut.
Also, does anyone know where to buy a tie rod for the 900S. Polaris only sells the entire rack, tie rods, and ends.

So Ill be looking at replacing my crappy china spings on my 900s in late january and I have done my fare share of research but still have questions. I know shock therapy has a kit for about $740 shipped and they have a good rep, racer tech has a kit for about $640 shipped and not that great of a rep from what I’ve read, Schmidty racing has a kit for $677 shipped with not much rep.
My first question is there any other company’s that I’m missing that would be a good choice?
My second question is I spoke with the owner of shmidty racing and he seams like a good guy with a great kit but I can’t find much about his springs. Has anyone have or had any of his kits ? The only thing I don’t like about his kit is that the spring isolater "separator" isn’t very long which makes me think more threads on the shock will get ruined.
Last but not least are the crossover rings that important ? As racertech doesn’t offer them.
Just looking for opinions and thoughts as this is a big purchase for me. Thanks!
