I want to go over everything on the machine while its clean and new. I know its gonna need greased from reading on here. I’m gonna search for the thread on that. What else should I do? Was going to put a coat of wax on it. One guy mentioned a silicone spray over everything to keep the mud from sticking and keep everything black from staining to mud color. I want to preserve the "new" as long as possible! Should I check the intake hose clamps too? What else? Thanks!
Ok so I have a 900S with 30" Roctanes, I ordered the Super ATV 3" lift kit and it includes 2 rhino axles for the rear (they say only rear stock axles bind) I opted to pay an extra 400.00 for the front rhino axles so there are no weak points and rhinos in all 4 corners. Guess I was wrong……. First trip out (40 miles on the rzr) my passenger rear axle snaps climbing some Rocky terrain in 4WD. I call SATV and I have to pay for a New axle, and then paid 20.00 to ship old axle back and they refund me for the payment. I took the lift kit out completely to prevent future issues because the 30’s cleared without it. I’m now up north in Pittsburg NH on mellow ATV trails geared somewhat towards tourists. Mostly smooth with some rocky hills here and there but nothing like you see on YouTube haha. Just rolled 100 miles and the drivers side rear axle Snapped!
I’m starting to think that these axles are no stronger than stock. Does anyone know of any other companies that make 900S axles. SATV is closed now but I am shocked that in 60 miles I’ve broken 2 rear rhino axles. Maybe the HP is somewhat to blame. My 570 had the SATV 6" lift kit and rhino axles and never had any axle trouble and was running 30" zilla mud tires. Guess I’m going to have to keep spares!

Hey Gang,
One of the most common questions we get relates to the differences between our VIPER MAX and VIPER ELITE series of winches, and which one is right for you.
Our lead tech, Caleb, created a new video describing some of the main differences for help.
I’ve been posting a bit about my dilemma where Abernathys is way cheaper for a new 900s eps but the drive it pretty bad. There are no rebates in my area on the ’15’s so should I just saw screw it and wait for a ’16? I hate to buy one and have a bunch of stuff change like when the upped the hp on my 900 ranger from 14 to 15. Being out the door 300 less than msrp I thought was pretty good with tax title and all that but that’s before Abernathys.
