Ive removed my engine and am taking it to shop to get crank seal replaced. My question is do i need any special tools like an alignment tool when installing? The holes where the tranny mounts to engine are not slotted so wouldnt it just bolt back together. Also if i get a torque wrench what size should i get. All im really worried bout torquin down is engine and clutches.

Where is everyone mounting their rock lights in their wheelwells on the 900 S?? Any pictures? I am trying to find a good spot but I am drawing a blank for the rear ones.

Getting ready to install a clutch kit. I have the clutch puller. Any advice? Haven’t done one of these before, but I’m mechanically inclined and do all my own work, just haven’t done a system like this before. Thanks for any advice!

Are the Polaris bolt on cage/bumpers/sliders quality and strong enough for racing support? Ideally, go welded/custom, but, budget minded will these work and work safely?

Got a new 900s after my other one burned last winter , I just ordered some more sti wheels and 30" roctanes to bolt on. Im gonna run them for a bit without a clutch kit , I mostly trail ride and stay out of the mud, but will be doing one pretty soon. I’ll post up some pics and let everyone know how they turn out..

Somewhat narrowed it down to two options;
Superwinch terra 45 or the Viper Max 4000
has to be steel cable, terra has 55′ max has 65′
gear ratio terra 191:1 vs max 136:1
terra off amazon prime $223 max off there site $269
sure I could get a better price on the max with a vendor.
water proof is important anything else I should be looking at?

How many people here are carrying a spare on their RZR? Originally I was thinking about adding the spare tire mount (desert kit), but now I’m not sure. I will definitely be doing a lot of rec riding, but plan on racing as well. You don’t really see any race vehicles carrying a spare unless it’s desert…
