Fuse box problem

Ok so I’m getting very confused with these new 900s problems with fuse box. This will be the third one just in our riding group that has had a fuse box problem. One night playing in the mud no water in sight bike loses power barely will move EPS light and check engine light come on. Limp it back and put a new voltage regulator on it since I know that’s a main problem in the 1ks that wasn’t bad so I moved to fuse block. All the realays are corroded but only those. The small fuses are clean as a whistle. This one my buddy did not by extended warranty so this is why I am working on it. I cleaned all the connectors in fuse box as good a as I could get them. And it being just relays and not all the fuses in the box I know it’s not from water. So I got all new relays because it is still throwing a check engine light code. That didn’t fix it. So I was thinking maybe the ground to frame is getting a bad ground. And making relays corrode or something. That was super clean no corrosion or rust. Only thing I can think is that i need to put all new prongs on all the wires to fuse box the wires crimped to prongs were corroded but couldn’t clean those. Does anyone have any suggestions or has had this problem as well.

Derelique’s Budget Rzr 900 S build.

Thought I would do a build thread. So far my build has been pretty cheap which is good because I don’t have a lot of extra cash to throw into this thing. 🙂

Day one: Removed stickers right after I put it in my garage.
Attachment 139658

First mod I took it to a local fabricator in the Sacramento area and had him cut off 5" on the back side of the cage right below the seat belt bolts. $140 and he did an amazing job. PM if you want his info.

Second mod was a $47 light bar from big box online retailer.

Attachment 139661

Ran the cables threw the roll bar without any drilling.

So far that is all I have done at the moment.
Future mods will be replacing stock headlights for something that is 6500k color to match light bar, roof rack, chainsaw mount and maybe some more lights(side/rear).

Till next time.
