I purchased the non-eps model based on my experience driving two separate 800s non-eps rzrs. Both of the 800s were extremely easy to turn in comparison to my 900s. My mom has a new ranger non-eps and its also easier to turn (however it has a lower geared steering ratio so its not really a good comparison). Are all of the 900s rzrs a lot harder to steer than the 800s or is something wrong with mine? I plan on getting the superatv power steering eventually but if I could just get it to steer like the 800s I would be completely happy. It is impossible to drive this thing with one hand unless you are on a flat logging road. On any kind of trail even with some speed you have to use both hands and a firm grip.
At hatfield and mccoy one of my friends with the 800 wanted to drive my 900 for awhile because he had been considering trading his in on one. After about 2 miles he stopped and wanted to get back into his 800 because he said mine was to much of a workout to drive. This confirmed that it wasnt just in my head. Surely all of these arent this difficult to steer……
Has anyone upgraded to the digital dash in there buggy’s? Is it possible to upgrade to the digital dash? Also, what else does it take to make it work as factory?

Would appreciate any recommendations for a flip up windshield. So far I have looked at the koplin, super atv and emp ones. Not sure which is best for trail riding.

When I fill up the 900S, my gas gauge bars seems to be 1 down versus all lit? Then it knida pops on and off. Saw this on rides when the bars seem to go up and down. Assume thats due to incline and decline of the trails but when its on the driveway it should show true amount. Is it me or does the machine have an issue. Dont want to have to take it in and pay the service dept money to tell me its normal.
I have read numerius posts about heat issues in the RZR cab. In my new 2015 900s the passenger seat is hot enough to be a serious issue with my wife…
After I looked at this a while and did some tests I started working with some thermal/foil insulation material plus a Thermo Tec heat shield blanket to work on reducing the heat in the cab.
At first test around my neighborhood it seems to have cut down the heat some. Real tests on the trails over the next weekend…
I hope to post a few pics soon but this forum does not make it easy to include pics….
New to the forum and rzr world. Not a master electrician but have experience working with it. The wiring harness that came with my arnsenal led light bar has me confused though. Came with 2 set of connections to go to the bar. However the bar only has one set of wires. Could I have gotten shipped the wrong harness or could I just cap the end of those extra wires and run it?
