2012 xp 900, engine idle issues
My 900 Started idling high and will not return to idle. If I hit the throttle pedal it will REV to 3300 -4000 RPM and will not return to idle. If I tap the throttle pedal quickly it returns to proper idle. I have removed the air filter and confirmed the butterflies are closing when pedal is at returned position. NO sticking issues with the butterflies. I have confirmed some free play in the throttle cable as well. I need some suggestions on where to go Next. NO fault codes . Also engine does not start quickly. It seems to whirl and pop. Then the next attempt it starts no issues. HELP

Clutch whine
Now I notice when I am slowing, I am getting a whine from the clutch. I have the upgraded primary, but stock secondary. Could this be a over torquing issue w/the primary? My torque wrench only went to 80ft.lbs…. It calls for 96ft. Lbs. after I torqued to 80, I gave a little extra and turned the bolt maybe 1/8-1/4 of a turn….
It runs amazing, just didn’t know if the new sound is due to the upgraded clutch…??? Comments/suggestions?
