… Ok what gives? I put the bmp tuner in, and stage one clutch kit… 7900 rpm is the max I can get!!! Shouldn’t this wind out to like 8200 rpm???

Hey guys, here’s what I did to try and keep some dust/debris out of the cvt. It works ok. Stops the chickens but still lets the mice in if you know what I mean.

Since we are stuck with the EPA Nazi’s ECO friendly spouts that spill more gas on the ground versus the tanks. Has anyone found the best way to modify the Rotopax eco spout to just pour the gas without all the locks and holding with 2 hands like god intended it to be poured?

My 900 Started idling high and will not return to idle. If I hit the throttle pedal it will REV to 3300 -4000 RPM and will not return to idle. If I tap the throttle pedal quickly it returns to proper idle. I have removed the air filter and confirmed the butterflies are closing when pedal is at returned position. NO sticking issues with the butterflies. I have confirmed some free play in the throttle cable as well. I need some suggestions on where to go Next. NO fault codes . Also engine does not start quickly. It seems to whirl and pop. Then the next attempt it starts no issues. HELP

We first noticed then last week in Colorado. It does it in high as well as low although it’s more noticeable when going faster. The odd thing is, it comes and goes. It’s very noticeable when it’s happening and completely gone when it’s not. Anyone got any ideas on this? Driveshaft maybe?

Now I notice when I am slowing, I am getting a whine from the clutch. I have the upgraded primary, but stock secondary. Could this be a over torquing issue w/the primary? My torque wrench only went to 80ft.lbs…. It calls for 96ft. Lbs. after I torqued to 80, I gave a little extra and turned the bolt maybe 1/8-1/4 of a turn….
It runs amazing, just didn’t know if the new sound is due to the upgraded clutch…??? Comments/suggestions?
