I foundKimpex – Trunks, Expedition Sport Trunk and the website states it will fit the 2015+ 900. Has anybody had any experience with Kimpex products?

The price is what really make this a possible solution for reliable storage for my machine.

Ok guys and gals, I’ve got a question. Who has taken the sway bar off of their 2015+ 900S and what do you think about it? I had a 2012 800S that I removed the sway bar from and it was great!! A little body roll, but easily gotten used to, and the ride was soooo much better. I pulled the sway bar off of my ’15 900S and the body roll is just a little sketchy. I want to know what other people are doing. Increase preload? Aftermarket springs? Bring it on!!!

So my voltage regulator went out on my 2015 900s at 400 miles. I’m pretty sure it was caused by my brand new 4000lb viper max winch locking up while winding it back up…..however, that is an entirely separate rant. I took my rzr into the shop 3 weeks ago today and the part is still on backorder…. The way I see it is that Polaris has so many of these things breaking down that they just cannot keep up with all the parts….and that is absolutely absurd. Why has their not been a recall on the part? If there are already this many voltage regulators going out on 2015 models then there is obviously a serious issue. I cannot imagine if I was one of the unfortunate people that had their rzr burn down due to voltage regulator failure. If that happened to me I would 100% go into a lawsuit against poalris. I would love to just order an aftermarket voltage regulator but I have a 2 year warranty and I dont want to void it. Have any of you been receiving OEM voltage regulators? My dealer told me that he doesnt have any idea on when the part would ship. He said it possibly could be several more weeks!

I have always thought for the last 10 years that polaris ATV’s were junk however, due to the popularity of the rzr and its performance I decided to try one. I couldn’t be more disappointed. I have already had more issues with this 2015 rzr than the 11 dirtbikes and 5 fourwheelers that I have owned combined! I cant wait to see what yamaha has to offer.

Sorry for the rant….. I just feel that breaking down at 400 miles is highly disappointing, but breaking down that early and also not being able to get parts is absolutely unacceptable!

I just ordered 2 Pyle wakeboard speakers and a boss marine receiver. What’s everybody doing to mount the receiver?

Hello. I recently destroyed the front diff in my 2012 RZR 900. The whole housing around the input shaft snapped and broke. I am wondering if there is any company’s that make a complete aftermarket diff? Instead of going with the stock factory one?

Figured There would be a few people interested in the new firestorm underdash heater installation process.

First off, all of the components seem to of good quality.

I am all the way to last step of working the air bubbles out of the coolant system and adding appropriate coolant. To this point I probably have about 4-5 hours involved, taking my time double checking everything.

The entire install was pretty easy. I found it easier to install all of the hoses on the blower before bolting it in. The wiring schematic has a few notable flaws which I can promise motoalliance is going to give them a negative few phone calls from people trying to install. The red power wire from the 12v tap to the switch was missing on the drawing. The switch has H -high L-low M-med fan speed and B and C terminals, The red 12v hot wire needs to go to C on the switch

The Pictures in the instructions were decent but a few of them were really hard to see.

The vents were a little tricky to install, the big ones under the dash I found it was significantly easier to pop the cosmetic covers out before installing them

I also pulled the center counsel out which isn’t required as part of the install to get the right amount of zip ties on the hose going to the back.

The fan on this setup seems to be pretty powerful.

If you feel pretty handy I would say you will have no problem with this install it just takes awhile.

We were at RRB this weekend and came off #26 onto 13 headed back to campground and was airing them out. I was in AWD my speedo lights up flashes check engine light came on and flashed a OV 16.5 and it done this several times and the number ranged from 15.0 to 17.7 ran find was not hot ran up to 212 cool back to 179 on so on…so on the night ride campground to the top of the world with AWD off didn’t do it..Anybody else have this happen or know what the OV is all about…

does anybody on here know how to fix the issue with the tail light staying on after the ignition has been shut of?
