So, my 3 day old 2016 rzr 900-4 has a whistle in the clutch at low speeds 0-10mph. Ive been very careful breaking this thing in, and it started around 2 hrs. Ive tracked it down to what appears to be a common problem on the 900 ranger, I was curious if any rzr guys have had the same problem. I found a video of the noise.
I finally figured out an easy way to mount a fan in the roof to get some air circulation inside the cab. After throwing a couple ideas around I came up with a simple easy solution to mount a fan that is powered by an 18volt battery. I didn’t want to connect any more things to the battery of the rzr and have to wire anything. So I got a fan that is powered by an 18volt lithium ion battery, that will last 35 hours straight with the fan on high. All I did to mount it to the roof was drill holes and use either the stock polaris lock and ride plungers, or get a set from EMP which I think works better. Just sand the rubber plunger down till it fits in the bottom of the fan and tighten down till its secure in the roof. Won’t be that hot in my rzr cab anymore!!!
Hello everybody, I am looking to upgrade my tires on my 2015 Polaris Rzr 900s. I would like to know what is the biggest tire size you guys are running without doing any other suspension upgrades. I would also like to get the best tire for all kinds of riding. We like rock crawling, mud, and water. We are looking for a overall good tires. We ride in Northeast Pennsylvania. It is very rocky and hard terrains.
Thank you,
John
Our new EVOLUTION front bumper systems are shipping by September 24. We worked with Allegheny Offroad on this project and are thrilled with the results.
The bumper is a bit more expensive than others out there, but that is because it is FAR more than just a bumper. It forms the foundation of an entire front-end system that can include the largest winches, spot lights, a tow ring, and even an innovative, integrated plow mount.
See below for pictures and ordering details. You can take advantage of a great presale that also involves taking 30% OFF ANY MOTOALLIANCE ACCESSORY at the time of purchase.
Just shoot me a PM with contact information or give us a call.
1. MSRP on bumper is $499.99, but we are offering them for $449.99 with FREE SHIPPING
2. In addition, when you place your bumper system order, you can order a VIPER winch, DENALI plow, SIRIUS PRO light or even a FIRESTORM heater from us for 30% off. These accessories must be ordered at the time you purchase the EVOLUTION bumper.
3. And keep in mind that you DO NOT need a plow mount with this bumper. It’s already there. So that saves you another $99.99 for a plow and you never have to take off the plow mount!
Lots of information here….I’ll keep chiming in and giving more information as needed.

When upgrading to the 4 or 5 point harness are any of you guys using and harness anchors like Dragonfire or other companies are using? Just wondering if using mounting tabs in the stock location or wrapping the harness around the bar is that uncomfortable in the 900s.
I’ve been wanting to get rid of the stock clutch and the secondary. I used to race GNCC quads so I kinda take that same approach when I’m in the woods on my rzr (or at least until my wife hits me and starts cussing me). The rzr is all stock I ride on tight and some open roads. The SLP has sparked my interest but I would like some real time input.

How many people are running 29.5/30" tires with no lift? I’m going to be getting a 1000s but from what I understand the 900/1000s are the same besides the motor and a few other things. Pictures are appreciated
