So I called mcx turbos today about a turbo kit for the 900s and they have already built one they are very close to having all the r&d done on it this is going to be the kit to have from the way randy ( the owner) talked very great guy by the way. We talked about the kit they are building for quite awhile sounds like I will be keeping my 900s now haha!!

i have a question for youll. my dealer told me when i bought the rzr to service it at 25 hrs and again at 50 hrs for warranty purposes. i looked in the manual and all i seen was the first 25 hr service.. i called them yesterday to schedule a appt for the 2nd service and have a appt for next friday the 25th. i have a few friends that want to go ride this sunday and i would like to myself. so my questions are : do i need to service it at 50 hrs ? and if so could i do it myself and the warranty still be ok ? thanks in advance

I have a 2015RZR 900S EPS, and I am getting (4) Interco Swamp Lite 28x10x12 Tires that I would like to be able to rotate front to back as necessary…so I’d like to grab (2) more OEM Rear Wheels to through up front and run the same Wheel all the way around…will that work/fit, or cause issues?

I’m planning to get a light bar. I have the stock roll cage, no roof, and I’d like to leave the front plastic visor in place. It seems a 30" light bar would fit pretty well. What are you guys running?

Changing tires to tracks made my 900 S gear ratio quite different. When driving 12 mph it takes about 5300 rpm. Has anybody managed to modify variator to lower the rpm. I think the engine has power enough to move the machine with lower rpm. Would the wider belt or the spring adjust or weights help with this.

Does anyone or any vendor have a team tas-03 secondary clutch for a 2015 rzr 900s. The only place I can find them is slp and they will no longer sell just the secondary. You have to buy the whole clutch kit. I only want the secondary because I am going with the bikeman kit.

Well in a couple hundred miles of lighter use the seat bolster has crushed down to nothing (popo covered it under warranty) and the paint is flaking off (popo WILL NOT cover) so I need touch up paint. Anyone know where I can get something close to Havasu red?

I haven’t done a thing yet to my power distribution block, under the hood. I realize I will need to run a wire from the battery to the +, and run a ground wire to the -.
Dumb question: There is 1 wire connected to the Accessary terminal. What is it do?

Will a 900S fit in a 6’6" pickup truck bed?

So, my 3 day old 2016 rzr 900-4 has a whistle in the clutch at low speeds 0-10mph. Ive been very careful breaking this thing in, and it started around 2 hrs. Ive tracked it down to what appears to be a common problem on the 900 ranger, I was curious if any rzr guys have had the same problem. I found a video of the noise.

( 1:10 seconds or so in) Is this just a common 900 issue? Any help would be appreciated.
