Main bearing or oil pump?

Had a crank seal blow out. I took the back belt housing off exposing the seal. Cranked the motor and oil literally gushed out on left side about in about a foot long stream. Removed factory seal. (PITA) and just out of curiosity, knowing it would leak i cranked motor again and sure enough oil shout out like a stream again. looks like from between where the cases and bearing are split on the left side. SO, im thinking oil is only suppose to seep through main bearing and out of the drain holes in the case. (theres 2, one on either side of the shaft, 1 a little higher than other) Well with it gushing in there, it cant drain fast enough and bam out the seal. Make sense? SO do yall think it could be the oil pump or the main bearing?

front dual rate…

I’m no engineer in the suspension dept. but im surprised none of the suspension experts have tried to make a budget dual rate kit for the front end of these that would utilize the stock springs, (yes I know changing all of the springs give you the best overall outcome) but the front springs on these are more of an area for improvement than the rear, I look at the front and I see 5+ inches of threads, just waiting for another spring to be installed, my buddies are all on a tight budget and not one of them would spend 750 on a full spring kit, but if there was a way to improve the front for lets say 100-150 bucks they would be all over that, maybe its not possible or flat out doesn’t work with the stock springs but everytime I look at the front springs/shocks I see wasted potential.

GPS Tablet Setup

I am looking to put a tablet in my rzr to use for GPS to get around on the HMC and Outlaw trails. I have the maps and Orux app on my android phone but want a tablet setup for ease of use. Any recommendations for a tablet with good gps features that would work. Must not require wifi or cell service for the gps to work. Not sure on how to mount it in the rzr but somewhere to easily view the map. If anyone has done this would really appreciate the information.
