Broke a stock front axle this weekend. Debating on rhinos or staying with OEM or OEM equivalent. My question is when upgrading to rhinos and breaking one. Are they typically failing in the same spot as stock axles also and just taking more abuse to make them fail?

Hey Guys and Gals some of you done know over the last several months I have been working with William Yokley getting my 2015 RZR 900S shocks dialed in for the trails and after several months of testing and a couple reworks I am proud to announce he has them spot on! No more harsh rebound up front and no more harsh ride out back, with no ground clearance loss, and no bottoming out. Now my RZR rides super smooth when going slow and handles great on the high speed trails. I already had the #*Racertech medium springs so I done had a far better ride than stock but with this combo it gets even better! He dialed the shocks in with the clickers backed all the way out so if you want to run really high speed you can run the clickers in a little to stiffen the ride up for the best of both worlds! I have my clickers backed all the way out and my sway bar removed for the best over all ride and I can still spin this thing around with ease! He already had a race setup and thats what we started with but over the months he tuned his race setup into a trail setup for the best of both worlds so now he has two setups depending on what you want to do.
im gonna trade or sell my rzr 800 and get a new 900.my question is:can you still buy a 900xp or would i have to get a 900s i would rather have a xp and hear they have a limited edition for 2016 but dont see it.can a 2014 xp still be found?i would go for a 1000 but my buddies that have them replace belts like crazy and blow shocks.i dont think its a bad machine just faster and and easier to get in trouble.i like the 900 cause it seems to me its more reliable.we are hard on our machines so things are gonna break but the 900 never breaks and the 1000’s always need some love at some point in some way.i dont have to be the fastest kid on the block,i just dont wanna be spending my $$ on repairs id rather spend it on add ons. did they change anything on the new 1000 that fixes any of these problems?thanks for any input guys

first off let me say, im sure this has been encountered and covered before, & im not out to bash fox &/or Polaris. I want to let anyone that will read this know that Polaris will NOT cover this under warranty. :rm_thumbdown:they say that because Polaris recommends not adjusting more than an inch in either direction the threads that have been damaged will never be used.:rm_thumbdown: not what I wanted to hear. I can unwillingly accept that. what I don’t like, is that the coating on the spring is now worn away & the springs are beginning to rust. they will not replace the springs.:rm_thumbdown:
Im sure alot of peeps will say the oem springs suck, buy shock therapy, etc etc. & I might, but I fully expected this manufacture defect to be taken care of by the manufacture.

Has anyone checked out the new STI chicane tires? Dot approved. Look kind of like the mongrel. The 28x10x14 weighs in at 31 lbs. Looking at pulling the trigger on a set of wheels and mongrels that’s why I’m wondering
