I went riding at mines and meadows this weekend and with about 5 miles on my new 30 inch super ATV intimidator tires I busted a rear CV and also destroyed the whole front differential. I’m looking at swapping a 1000 differential and just seeing what all I need to do that. I plan on putting rhino axles in all four after the swap also.

The rear of mine is only 10.5 inches now. It’s all stock.1500 miles.
How your springs holding up ?

Looking for suggestions. On 2016 rzrs 900, just bought it about two weeks ago, rode it about 30 miles around home and just loved the feel of clutch. I brought it to WV to ride, and it rained on us on the whole 8 hour trailer ride. We unloaded and everything felt fine and I heard nothing out of the ordinary, rode about 5 miles or so and I started to hear a sqeal out of the belt. I have had at least 4 rzr’s since 2008 and never had any belt issues, so I believe I know how to keep the belt engaged and not slip it. I figured I must of got water in the clutch cover, so I stopped and pulled the drain plug and got nothing out of it. I rode the rest of the day and it continued to get worse. It starts to squeal on take off in high until I get it upto about 20 mph or better, in low I have to get over 10 mph to stop squeal. This morning I went to a local dealer and got a new belt, and it squeals worse than the original one did. It did look like there had been some water in the cover at some point. Of course, the local dealer had never heard of any issues like this. I’d appreciate suggestions.

Who’s running these doors? Looking to get a set but wondering how fitment was and how they are holding up

My wheel bearings are starting to get some play in them. I searched on here and there isn’t much as far as wheel bearings. What are you guys running? Stick with OEM? Aftermarket? Thanks in advance

Anybody have a set or read any reviews on the full aluminum doors tusk has out now for our rigs? Rocky Mountain ATV/MC offers them now for the newer style rzrs just haven’t got any in stock yet to check out for myself. Cheaper price than any other full aluminum doors I’ve seen as well.

I am looking for public trail systems in Alabama to ride my 900S. I see alot of trail systems are 50" or less. My question is are there any trail systems that are not 50" or less or do they even enforce this rule? Anyone know anything about this or know of places I could ride would be greatly appreciated. Trails in Mississippi, Florida, or Georgia would be welcomed also.

With putting the sub under the dash with all the plastic, how much does any of it rattle? Really don’t want to put it there if it causes too much rattle. Not looking to rock the block just need some low end to round out the wet sounds bar. Thanks for any help

Guys, I have a new noise that seems to be coming from the drivers front area that I need help identifying. It doesn’t matter the speed and it seems almost to be in the brakes. When I hit the brake it makes a clunk sound and I can kind of feel it in the pedal. I’m wondering if maybe my brake pads are getting worn, but just wanted to see if anyone else has any ideas.
