Anyone ever removed their primary clutch without the removal tool or made a tool? Getting ready to install a 3p clutch kit on my 2015 900s and don’t have a clutch puller or compression tool. Was wondering if anyone has ever done this and looking for any kinda tips. Thanks

Hey Guys , I just bought a 2016 900s Blue fire I put a roof , Front half Windshield , Back Glass , 28inch Single LED Light Bar , Side Mirrors , Super UTV Front Bumper , 13inch LED Light Bar on it , Bottom Half Doors , Warrn 3500lb Winch , Now im wanting to put an aftermarket Air Filter or is the Factory Air Filter good enough Any suggestions..Thanks Guys

Had a horrible experience with the 21C4140 belt. It slipped, squealed. Junk in my opinion. I put the factory belt back on and perfect. No squealing, pulls hard, over all just way smoother. Gates belt wouldn’t move machine until 1900 rpms, factory belt moves machine at about 15 to 1600 rpms. Now i want a spare. Whats up with this 23c4140 belt being 1mm wider. Will that help?

anyone ever run royal purple full synthetic oil in the Rzr? i ran it in my sportsman 500 and really liked it cause it lubricates everything internal more than regular oil and being i mud ride if i was to ever get water in my engine i hear it because it lubricates everything more it makes flushing it easier. just wondering thats all… and if so did u do 20w-50 or 10w-40?

My 2015 900s just started to die when you stop it going up hill. It idles down but then dies. Seem to only do it when going up hill and stopping. Any ideas?

So I’m all stock but once you add front and rear bumpers, windshields, roof, light bars, popo cargo box loaded with tools, couple gallons of gas, cooler….. You get the idea. Plus my fat A**, I’m just wondering how much weight people are carrying and the downsides of too much weight. I want to start carrying a spare and I have not added a winch yet! Hell, by the time I’m done I won’t be able to take a passenger!

Thoughts?
