To provide more room installing a thermostat bypass I removed the bolt that holds the intake to the rear motor mount and Im having a heck of a time getting the intake back in place to slide the bolt back through. Not sure if anyone has run across this issue but if you have any tips I could sure use them.
Rzr is a year old now. 250 miles. Springs tightened all the way up. I can lift it up like 8 to 10 inches so its saggin real bad. Any suggestions? Spring spacers? Better springs? I only want it to settle like an inch from the top. All i do is slow mud/trail ride.
Found a 2015 900s eps with 2 miles. Has a polaris roof and half front window. I can purchase it from the dealer for $14,000 out the door. Is this a good deal?
So going to go with the Gates belt on the 900s as part of my winter maintenance and adding on stuff.
I have seen some videos on a belt change. Some roll off and roll new one on, saw one where the secondary front part is pulled off then belt put on and the part is lined up and bolted back in place. Also saw one where a ratchet was used to turn the secondary to roll new belt on. This is the way I am leaning.
Last winter me and Olewassername put on the FUTV UHMW skid plate. We realized that the combined age of the two of us installing the skid was 129 years. Soooo knowing that, I am thinking using the ratchet to turn the pulley is going to make easier for us. Just want some opinions.
Looking to upgrade from my stock dirt commanders, I I mostly ride hard packed trails, some mud, and go to the sand dunes a few times a year. I wasn’t really impressed buy the dirt commanders in the sand. Has anyone else ran the dirt commanders in sand? What’s your imput

Ok so I’ve read a few threads about different tires. What would you recommend? I do a good bit of mud,trail,hill climbs and general fast trail riding. I’m looking for 30" or bigger for 14" rims. I would like an 8 ply. I’ve been looking at big horns, interco reptile , sti roctane xd and efx motomtc tires. I’m open to suggestions. Help me out

Need some help. Putting a Supper ATV Power Steering Kit on my 2015 900s, have it all hooked up and connected. But every time I put power on the steering is almost impossible to turn (worse than without power steering). The LED light flashes once for a second like it is supposed to do. Called Super ATV and they gave me a trouble shooting sheet but had to go to work before I could get started on it. Just wondering if someone has came across this issue while installing before I start going through the steps tomorrow. Thanks!
