Hello, I have had a 2009 RZR 800 since new and now have added the 900s to the fleet. With TONS of options all all items there is certainly got to be a bunch of junk in each category. I trail / woods ride ONLY. What does anyone think is the BEST:

-Roof
-Shield (have had half on my 800 and its fine)
-Mirrors
-Stereo
-Door inserts

I picked up a PRP 4point auto style harness and tried to install it this weekend without luck. I used the 2 mounts on the stock cage to bolt the shoulder harnesses to and then got the outside lower side bolted two the factory location of the stock belt but the problem came when I tried to use the location of the factory lap belt latch came out of the center plastic. The bolt location causes the harness to be twisted and not work right. I found some videos of how to install a harness for older model RZRs and the bolt in question is turned the correct way so its not an issue on them.

Any thoughts?

Because of the raised areas on each side of the bed it is hard to find something that will fit and not have a lot of unused space. I have seen plywood platforms and metal frames on the forum that span across the area to make a large flat surface. The problem is when you need to get to the motor hatch you have to unbolt the plywood or metal frame and re-install it when servicing of the motor is complete. I came up with a 12 gauge aluminum platform with a piano hinge, anchored on one side using the lock and ride system. because I wanted something light yet strong enough to hold a large plastic storage box and cooler I drilled holes in the plate and used the dimple dies to make the aluminum stronger. I bent an angle on the back to keep things from sliding around and it still allows access to the two back lock and ride anchor points to tie down what ever is in the cargo area. I attached a photo of it both closed and opened. Later, Trashpicker.

Does anyone know where I can attain the Digital Wrench App for a Android Tablet. I know its only available to dealers but someone somewhere has got to have gotten a copy of it somehow.

I noticed today that one of the sliders was not very secure. Took it off and found one of the bolt ends (similar to a molly bolt) had pulled through the holt on the frame. Any suggestions on other than drilling a hole through the frame for a normal bolt? Not very impressed with the Polaris method of securing these to the rzr. Maybe there is some other system to secure it.

What’s everyone doing to prevent dust from being sucked into the clutch housing? Also my rollers on the secondary have flat spots. Is there a upgratded roller for it?

I had a stick tear a rear boot today. Need to get it fixed before a big memorial weekend ride. Are these things replaceable? I had to ride about 25 miles after so the joint may be junk anyways.

I’m leaning towards the super atv rhino axles. Their super quick shipping will get them to me Tuesday or Wednesday, but I’m hoping I can just get a boot at the dealer tomorrow.
