I just bought a used 900S with 50 miles on it. So when I got it, I checked the fluids, oil, and tire pressure and went on two short test rides and one 35 mile trip. So still being new to UTV’s and off-roading I decided to do a once over and check everything before my next ride and change the oil (who knows if it has been done yet). So I decide to check the air filter and THERE WASN’T ONE!?!?

The 35 mile trip was through some wet and muddy terrain. Should I be worried about engine damage? What maintenance should I do besides an oil change?

Getting the RZR back from Alba Racing this week and want to take it out this weekend New cams, full exhaust and tuner. Anyone else going anywhere in northern CA or NV. I would love to get some zero to 60 times and some side bye side comparison against a stock 900S. Also I will give away some new Gates drive belts to whoever wants to meet up and do some comparison testing. :redrzr::redrzr::tent6::drive1:

Hey guys, just wondering if anyone else has ever experienced this error code. When it trips, the engine goes into limp mode and will not rev above idle. If you turn it off and restart it, it stays cleared for a long time.

The code only ever seems to trip when you have been working in hard in the upper throttle range. While out riding we found some snow and I was pushing it pretty hard to get through when it tripped this code. It did it twice, and only while working it fairly hard for about 1 min. Normal riding it doesn’t seem to show up. Had it happen a total of 3 times, twice in the snow, once in the mud.

Apparently 520305 is "Throttle Body Control – Requested Throttle Angle Not Plausible". Then it feels like it closes the throttle body off and won’t re-open until the engine is restarted.

Any ideas?

My buggy is 6 months old and I need new bushings. Anyone have an aftermark recomendation because the polaris ones are weak

OK so I’ve had my Rzr for about 3 months been on 10 rides but this weekend I was at royal blue and I glanced down and noticed I had an led light under my storage box but after about ten minutes it went out any cause of the problem I’ve checked all fuses and that is the only time I’ve ever seen it work

I know this is in my build thread, but not everyone is following that. This is an easy thing that everyone can use.

I happened to notice that the 900 4 has an XP1k style belt cooling. All the parts can be ordered separate and it’s an easy install.
