I’m in the finishing stages of installing my subwoofer and having a heck of a time to get the dash clips go into the slots of the enclosure. They seem to align but no matter how hard I push, they won’t go in. Anyone run into this issue? Any advice ?
Could someone with a 900 S be kind enough to measure there rear a arms from center of both mounting bolts for both the top and bottom arms. Thanks in advance

While doing a look over, I noticed a small hole in my inner CV boot. We must have hit a stick, perfect hole. the jolt bumped my CV boot off partially. I got it back on…Question is…am I safe to ride this weekend until I can get the new boot put on? Easy riding..nothing Crazy.
So after searching and searching I can’t seem to find any pics of the red pearl with the stickers taken off. Sooo if you got one post up your pics. I’ve been waiting to get a white lightning that my dealer ordered but I’ve been waiting almost 2 months and polaris still hasn’t shipped it yet. I’m in Newfoundland, Canada by the way. Anyways I’m sick of waiting and they got a red pearl in stock but not sure how I feel about it.
Help me make a decision please
Thanks
Hey guys! New owner of my first RZR (2015 900 S Titanium). My wife stepped up from the 700 Grizzly but she misses her OGIO bag she had on it on wants a similar solution for the RZR. I have searched far and wide to no avail so I’ll pass it on to see if anyone else knows of a source.
I’m searching for a storage option in the cargo area that meets the following:
– Hard Shell
– Multiple segregated compartments
– Preferably Lock and Ride compatible
She’d like to use one side for normal gear like jackets and such and have the option to use the other side as a cooler. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
We have reduced the price on our Hard Coated half windshields with Rubber Fast Straps. They are now $109.99 less 10% = $98.99. The coupon code is "RZR Forums". Put that code in when checking out.
Everybody have a fun and safe ride this Holiday weekend.
I’m going into my 6th day at the dunes in oregon and just turned 480 miles on my white lightening 900s. A clunking noise started happening in the rear when going over whoops at a decent speed, like 20mph. To me the closest sounding noise to this that I’ve heard is when it’s sitting in park and you give it a slight push forward or reverse, the noise from the trans…. It doesn’t do it all the time only when the rear suspension gets loaded up and quickly released. Also this is my first trip with paddles on it so I’m not sure if this is just a noise it’s going to make when the rear tires hit the top of the whoop and there’s not much sand to grab….
Any insight??? It is a really terrible sounding noise!!!
So during my first break in oil change, I found this hanging out of the drain hole after letting the oil drain for a bit. It’s soft and appears to be excess rtv.
Had a hard rollover on a motocross course and she flopped over really hard. Had harnesses and no injuries were sustained thankfully but it must’ve hit just right and ended up with a lot of damage on the control arms and some on the frame.
First off I swapped out the upper front control arm with a friends. That appeared to be the extent of the damage in the front.
However the rear is another story. The lower control arm is tweaked and the paint on the welds in spots chipped away. That is also the case on several spots where the lower control arm mounts are welded to the frame.
The rear upper control arm, on the back mount pushed that smaller tube in about 1/2" as well. The front of that mount still appears to be unchanged.
Here are some pictures of the cracks on the rear frame control arm mounts as well as on the lower rear control arm itself.
All of these pictures are from the rear right side.

I didn’t think the damage was as extensive as it appears to be now. Seeing the paint chipping from the welds at this point is my biggest concern.
I’ve never needed to claim ANYTHING on any of my insuranced property before so I’m a bit nervous about that. At the same time I’m concerned this may be a situation where it would be just stupid not to.
What’s everyone’s thoughts on this and I can get more pictures and provide more information if anyone needs it.
I sincerely appreciate the input and just want to get my situation resolved so I can get back on the trails!
