Hey guys, New to the forum here and to the rzr world in general. I picked up a new ’15 900 s a few weeks back and has been a great machine so far. With only 80 miles on it, the only issue I have come into contact with is a slight howl coming from the rear. Not sure exactly where it is coming from. The howling comes to my attention when cruising light throttle in high/low gears. It goes away after I pick up speed, but most of my riding is done 5-15 mph with our tight trails. Any advice or is this a normal noise that I am hearing?

More specific, let us see you mounting locations for lights and switches. Without buying aftermarket dash plates I’ve maxed out my switch locations on the dash with front light bar and winch switch.
I have a stock suspension 900S. Only mods I plan on doing that would effect the suspension is offset A arms and bumping up to 28" tires. I’ve read a lot about people busing axles and front diff from binding at full droop, would this occur without a lift and just 28" roctanes? If so, would straps help? What length and where do you mount them? Most of my riding is just typical trail riding with occasional mud if it’s unavoidable and not deep. I stay outta the mud pits and water if it’s deeper than the floorboard.
When I let off gas pedle I hear a loud slapping noise. I thought it was belt so I changed it but it is still there. When you accelerate noise is gone. Anyone hear this grinding noise or slapping noise?

Saw this while going over the machine today. Torx screw loose in a hole and not attached to anything. The hole next to it is open without any screw. This is just behind the fuse box. I am thinking maybe a factory assembler dropped a bolt and it maybe that is just where it came to rest. Not sure, can someone take a look for comparison?
