I rolled my stealth black 2015 RZR S 900 last Friday after putting about 4 miles on it since I bought it from the dealer.

Now im looking for a replacement passenger headlight housing, both passenger fenders and the passenger radiator bracket.

I am looking for advice on the cheapest place to get these parts.

Was riding this weekend and got into a muddy area no biggie, about 10 mph to a sudden dead stop. Thought I high centered backed up and turned left was fine…. rode for 4 more hours and the next morning I woke up and checked my rzr over and realized I had damage. My floor board had a hole behind the foot rest, lower a arm bent/damaged tweaking the camber. I noticed now the diff is leaking I can see milked gear oil under the diff and a round axle , and now my cv has play. Frame and mounts are fine , axle is ok, I can patch hole but after cleaning it I see no damage to diff

Question: could a hard hit to axle have damaged the seal causing the leak?

4wd works fine I used it all night and next day a couple times, after noticing diff I loaded up.

Just makes me want to order my lift with arms sooner.

I want to make my bike ride as smooth as my buddies stock 800s. I swear his is more plush ride and mine feels hard even with preload down and compression on shock all the way loose. I was debating on buying either racertec springs or shock therapist springs. I am leaning towards the shock therapist because they are a true Drs shock because you can adjust the smaller spring separate from the big spring. Any body have experience or suggestions.

Can you guys help me out? Wondering if the winch plates are the same on both models?

Here’s a quick video of some drags of a 900s vs a xp1k. Then I load the tune and race again. All races are consistent and end the same. 4×4 races are a bit closer tho. There is more vids to come and 0-60 results.

Just curious what different owners of the above mentioned doors have to think about them.

I’m in the market for some new full doors and have narrowed my search down to either the Full Polaris Aluminum doors or the Pro Armor Stealth full doors.

Can anyone say whether one is stronger than the other? I think I’m mainly concerned about the strength of these more than anything. Being they are the same price that will end up most likely end up being the selling point for me!

Seems to be a lot of noise threads in here lately. I haven’t seen anything mentioned about a clicking under hard braking. I rode 200 miles this weekend and noticed it under hard braking while running 50 mph or so.

Anyone else notice this? I just installed a rhino axle in the drivers rear and am stock otherwise.

I have a set of fox 2.0 shocks and springs off my 2014 rzr 900 xp , it was bought new in march 2015 , the shocks and springs have 121 miles on them. What are they worth?
