Should i buy a used stock header?
Has anyone heard of or used UNIT SIX exhaust?-if so did u have to use header wrap or something since it is not coated?
What about using bikeman’s header?
Would I have to change my tune due to differ headers?
I would like to order soon so i can get back to riding asap.

I decided to put a funnel and hose on the crank case oil inlet and pour some oil directly into the crank case to see what would happen. The oil would not drain into the crank case. Why would this be? With the funnel sitting there half full of oil, I removed the coil wires (so the engine wouldn’t start) and turned the motor over a few times. The oil in the funnel very slowly drained down into the crankcase. Can someone explain to me why this would happen? If I remove the drain plug, and pour oil into the tank, shouldn’t it pretty much go straight through the crank case and run out of the drain?
I put a new oil filter on and the drain plug back in and put 3.5 quarts in but none of the oil has drained into the crank case. If I check the dip stick, it shows way over full so I know all of the oil is just sitting there in the tank. I am afraid to start it in this state.
Any help would be appreciated. I am concerned that there is something seriously wrong with this thing.

can anybody with stm clutchs post there setups so we can start a thread where ppl can go to look for a setup close to there modifications.
i have a 14 xp 900 with 4000 miles on it
STM rage 6 and tuner secondary
alba stage 2 cams
alba inbox intake uni filters
slp exhaust
power commander 5 with alba’s tune
big horn two 27" tires
i currently have
Secondary – 46 helix/gold spring
Primary – 40gram weights with 1 washer in middle and 3 washers in bottom / gold spring
i currently bounce the limiter at initial stab of the throttle and then it pulls down to around 8100-8150 and holds there, alba says 8300 is targeted rpm
STM was no help for baseline. when i bought these clutches they were ordered for stock application and when my rzr was stock it would only pull 7700 rpm, so i know other people have had to adjust there clutches.
