Hi guys, I have a set of 27" Dirt Commanders on my 900 Trail and want to gain some more ground clearance so instead of a lift, I’m thinking of putting some 29x9x14s on the front and 29x11x14 Big Horns on the rear.
Does any buddy know if I’ll have any rubbing issues without installing a 2" lift? Also do you think I’d have to install a clutch kit? ( It seems to handle these 27s no problem.)
Took my rzr out for the first time this weekend to renegade ridge. After a couple hours of riding I started hearing a whistling or humming noise from what I would assume the belt. Then when I would be weaving through trees I would get a clunking noise from the back-end as well. I’m not familiar with rzrs yet so I don’t know the normal noises from the bad ones. Any info would help
New member here, searched before I posted but I seem to be alone on this one.Wife and I took the new XC out for a half-day trail ride in mid-80° weather. When we stopped we grabbed a couple water bottles out of the cooler and threw them in the cup holders. 20 min later they were almost too hot to hold …nothing like super-hot water on a warm day. Anyone else have this issue? Fixes? …is it possible the radiator lines are run to close …or even touching the bottoms of the cup holders?
just recently bought my first rzr 900 trail. I have been shopping around for aftermarket parts mainly exhaust but not finding anything for the trail only (rzr s) are they the same and what else would I be able to get suspension wise for it
Well the honeymoon is over at 20 miles.
Started hearing the clunk towards the end of my ride the other day.
While sitting still if you rock the rzr side to side there is a loud clunk coming out of the drivers rear, I removed the shock, still does it. Greased all the zerks still does it.
I seen in other non 50" threads where people had similar problems but most of those were not diagnosed as sitting still.
Anyone one with suggestions? since popo wont pay for diagnosis if nothing is determined to be wrong.
Going to disconnect the rear sway bar tomorrow see if that changes anything. Sound like its coming out of that region, or maybe the cv joint.

Looking for some info and and thoughts on going a few inches wider.
Where I ride and plan on riding 55" would be tight but still OK. So I was wondering is there a big difference in handling and stability going a few inches wide of stock?
And if so what are some of the best ways of going by it. I’m already thinking of new shoes and rims. Was thinking 9" on all 4 or should o go with the 9" and 11" set up. Or is wheel spacers a better way of going?
