I have a 2015 Rzr 900 trail and just purchased 27" bighorns. The fronts are only 9" wide so I know they fit but the rear are 12" wide so I’m not sure. Will they fit on stock rear rims? Think stock rims are maybe 7" wide. Any other issues I’ll need to address either? Help me out if you can. Thanks guys!

Oil change
Im changing my oil for the first time after i just broke in the motor and i was wondering how much oil does it take.
Bandits -n- RT
I installed some Bandit shocks and a RT 2in lift and at the moment i have about 13 inches of clearance with out my 280lbs in it… Gonna go get some seat time this weekend and start doing some tuning in to see what all advantages i have to work with… I think i am going to drop down to about 11in to start and see where it goes…. Any way here are some pics dialed up to 13in ……..
Customer Service
Well as some of you know i purchased the Bandit Shocks.. I installed and rode the for a little while .. On a ride i lost most of my suspension so i called Ted and he returned my call even though i didn’t leave a message… He had me send them to his warranty guy (who is close to him) and see what was up…He covered the shipping with in just a few days after we sent them out..and even threw me a gift as well….. So that being said Ted is a very stand up guy who stands behind his product and i would buy again with no hesitation ……
Now the problem…….. One of the banjo bolts on the rear leaked out the oil which i figure is my fault since i cracked it just a hair and maybe didn’t get it back tight enough to seal it… and on the fronts they were low on gas for some reason but we aren’t sure exactly why they were…… But all is good now and they are on the machine along with a 2in lift awaiting to be used on the next outing(this weekend)…….
I am very happy with Ted and Steve for their outstanding customer service and the sincerity that they expressed and wanting to get me back on the trail………
Thanks guys….. Ed
So impressed with my 900 Trail, just one complaint
I’ve had my 2015 900 Trail since last October, but we finally got to put some miles on it in upstate NY over the weekend. We did almost 300 miles on mostly old dirt roads and some tight trails. The performance of the ProStar engine is so much better than the old 800, it really rips. It’s electronically limited to 64 mph, it could do so much more. The ride with the standard shocks is just as good as the 2014 Walker Evans 800 I had. The PXT tires wander on hard pack a bit, I’ll switch to a better tire when they are worn. The only issue I have with it is that the air filter gets dusted up real quick. This was without following anyone, just dust from my own tires. This engine sucks a lot more air than the old 800. What is everyone’s recommendation on a reusable air filter for it? It’s going to get expensive replacing stock filters on this machine. Otherwise I absolutely love it. If anyone is on the fence about trading their old 800 in on the new 900 trail, don’t be it’s far superior.

Super ATV vs Racer Tech Lift Kit?
New 2015 900 Trail with 28" Mega Mayhems. Looking for a good 2" lift kit for a little extra ground clearance. Which lift would you pick and why? Can I still use stock axles?

Badland Winch??
I tend to avoid mud as much as possible and were I usually ride it is not a problem. But with a recent trip I took to Brimstone TN I not only learned that mud is sometimes unavoidable but with a machine as heavy as a side by side you had better have a winch. That said since I expect to rarely if ever use it, I would prefer to spend as little money on it as possible. So has anybody tried the Harbor Freight "Badland" ATV winch? With a 20% off coupon I can get a 3500Lb capacity winch for under $120.00. Also do you consider 3500lb to be enough if you are not intentionally getting in the deep stuff?
polaris lock and ride storage box
Does anyone have one? Is it worth the money?
Thanks for any input
