I joined this forum after I bought my RZR and a PCV. Now i’m worried I bought the wrong tuner. 🙁
I want to lock my throttle and open up my TB 100%. Can this be done with my PCV? I know it can do timing, but I haven’t been dyno’d since that’s the only engine mod. I have a stock map from their site. Can I at least get 100% from this thing if I get it dyno’d? or is that a waste of my money and I should just sell it and switch to a bd/bmp combo? How about the seat belt sensor? Can I turn that on/off with PCV?
If I can’t get the most out of my machine with it, then PCV will be in the classifieds:)
Thanks!
Ok 670 miles and I have twice adjusted my springs. Front are still pretty good they are on second "step" and feel great… Rears. Well they are maxed and the LCA are not even level… Factory overload pinched tite. ;( I don’t bottom but I don’t like sitting like I’m carrying two ton Tilly and here twin sister in the bed box!!! ;( ;( ;(
I have about 45-50# in bed with supplies and tools. Plus also have the rear down tube bars but no bumper.
I need new BETTER springs… Should I but HD factory’s? What are you guys doing? Should I do all four?
I don’t wanna out lay the $$ on shocks I don’t mind the ride now. Besides my next expense is tires. These are sorely needing the additional GC… I’m looking for options there too…
I have had Maxis big horn’s and love them… But to get size I want I need the X2 horns. I don’t know that they are as good and wonder if others avallble now might be better for the 1200# rzr…
I want to retain my 12" rims and want a 28" tall tire. What avallble and what’s recomended???

How long should a arm bushings last when greased after every ride? Got 28 hours and 458 miles on my trail. Rear bushings have slop in them. Normal trail riding with some shallow mud puddles.
Hey guys, wondering what would be a good stereo option for my new 2016 rzr 900 trail. I want something with good sound quality, decently loud (so you can hear it over the engine, bluetooth and waterproof are a must, but don’t want to break the bank……. Any suggestions?
500 miles with fan installed, no mud what so ever. Out riding ,voltage reading went over 15 and the power steering went out. Kept going in and out back to the truck. I was riding in the middle of the Grand Staircase National Monument in Utah. So much for the fan mod keeping this thing from going out.
I’ve always liked the idea of high clearance / arched A arms but so far my searches haven’t turned up anything for the 50" 900. Has anyone seen or heard of anything coming out? I’ve checked online with a few companies and haven’t seen anything yet.
