Just curious if this system works going down steep hills. Not sure how it hooks up, or decides when it’s in or out. I have read where if it slips 1/5 of a turn the system kicks in. Hoping it’s not electric. Also any Ideas on where to buy a park brake for the 2015 RZR trail Standard? Thanks Dave-R

Brush Guard Install???
I have a SuperATV brush guard for my 2015 900 Trail RZR. It only takes five bolts to install. Simple? Should be. Two heavy duty bolts from the inside out screw directly into standoffs on the guard. Three smaller bolts go just be low the winch area. However, it seems to me that the only way to install the two main bolts is to remove the radiator. There is a cowling around the fan area and no way to get your hands, let alone tools back there. I have tried several different ways to get behind the plastic but without success. If all else fails, I will call SuperATV Monday and see what they think. Just thought someone brighter than me might have the solution.
New RZR Trail 50 with some Pictures`
The wife and I got a 2015 RZR 900 EPS Trail a few weeks ago and have most of the mods done to it! I’m still waiting on a Racer Tech 2" lift and rear view mirror. Here is a list of Mods I added to it.
1. Tusk Skid/Glide Plate
2. Polaris front/rear A-Arm Guards
3. STI HD3 6+1 Wheels
4. Maxis Big Horn 26X9X14 Tires
5. Polaris front/rear Bumper
6. Tusk 3500 lb Winch
7. Tusk Rear Bag
8. Tusk Seat Bag
9. Tusk Side Mirror
10. Tusk 30” LED light bar
11. Polaris roof
12. Polaris MTX Stereo and added the 2 Rear Speakers
13. Bunch of tools and some spare parts to keep in the rear bag. Also have a pump and tire repair kit.
14. Pro Armour 4 Point Seat Belts
15. GPS mount for my Garmin
I only have a 30 miles on it and we got a flat on our last ride :rm_thumbdown: It looks like these new tires should hold up better than stock. Going to do a few more break in rides and then have a weeklong trip to Colorado!

2015 RZR 900 trail stock clutch
Hi all : My first post here, after lurking for a while. Wife and I bought a new 2015 RZR 900 trail. It is not the EPS, and it steers just fine. What I can’t believe is how lousy the clutch is. When you give it a little throttle, it jerks and jumps, clangs the transmission in either forward or reverse. It is the scariest ride down the mountains, as it has very little engine braking, even in low and when revving the engine a little. We are 65 years old, and have always had Kawasaki four wheelers that had smooth clutches and great engine brakes. I called our dealer, and he just stated it is what it is. I guess what I’m looking for is a good quality aftermarket clutch. I really regret not trying the machine out first. Any one else having the same issues? Dave-R

Who’s running wheel spacers on their 900 Trail?
Hey I was thinking about a little extra stability out on the trails. I regret not getting the 55" XC model! Who’s running spacers? What size spacers and has it improved the handling much? Thanks.
Sway Bracket
I was doing a walk around the machine tonight showing a buddy the improvements over the 800 and i noticed this….. I thought it had a little more sway /body roll more than usual and now i know why….. Hard hit??? Weak part??? Wrong sway??? or could the A-arm have hit the sway bar which in turn broke the bracket??? I’ll investigate a little more tomorrow after work….. Here are some pics……
New rzr
Just bought my first rzr. 2015 camo trail. Im loving it so far, i was going to get an S but im so glad i didnt. This thing fits about anywhere my sportsman did. I have added a roof, and I bought some polaris wheels(itp?)with 26" moto attack tires that’ll widen it out some. Im waiting on lugnuts though(friday!!!). I also just ordered a SSVWorks stereo for it. Heres some pics.

2015 RZR 900 Trail swing bearing failure
Anyone have this problem yet to know how common it is?
Swing bearing at middle of drive shaft failed this weekend on my buddies 900 trail. Sealed bearing seized causing the rubber mount to be pushed forward out of the holder, nearly off the rear splines, and banging the frame as the shaft spun. Replacement part number showed an update by polaris. Picked up part and repaired on trailer, then back on the trail.
Just wondering since so many 900 trails have been sold and we have several that ride with us.
