I had a winch installed on my Rzr yesterday and I am noticing that there is a clear hose that is attached to the top of the front differential and the other end of that hose is routed up toward the top is not connected to any thing else. Can anyone tell me what this hose is used for?

I have a new 2015 900 RZR trail standard, and it doesn’t have a park brake. I know if your stuck on a hill for what ever reason, and you just put it into park and hope it holds. You can break the parking pawl, and the machine will roll down hill hopefully not over you. So the big wheels at Polaris can pocket 20.00$ off each machine while we have a safety issue. Oh well I just finished making a real good locking cam one for nothing but scraps in my shop, and I would like to share this with you people. My welding skills are next to my computer skills, so I bolted everything up. It’s very solid, not in the way and works great. I hope with the help from my wife the pictures come through.

I have a 2015 rzr 900 without the EBS. I noticed the other day that while coming down a hill in low gear slow enough for the clutch to disengage there was a slight grinding noise that sounded like the teeth from a gear just barely touching something from the side. It was coming from the back end and I think it was a bit more pronounced on the clutch side.

I also tried it in high gear and could hear the same thing but not as fast or loud. Again it will only sound like that when the machine is rolling and the clutch is not engaged. Everything else works as it is supposed to. I have 25 hrs and 400 KM on it.

I spoke with my dealer and they said "I have never heard of that" Has anyone here encountered the same problem? If so what did you find out about it.

I left it wide open for a few minutes on a paved road.

Max rpm was 6800, and speed was about 60 mph ..

does this sound right ? I read an older post saying a bully dog tuner will allow it to go to 9000 rpm safely …

what’s everyones top speed and rpm ? I also thought top speed would be alittle higher . .

Hey guys, I noticed with my lights on and with my fan kicking on my voltage would drop from 13.8 to 12.0 while sitting still. As soon as I get over 3,000rpm the voltage jumps back up to 13.8-13.9. Is this normal? My concern is dropping to the 12.0 while standing still. Does that mean no charge is going to the battery standing still? Please advise….

So I found out the only place to purchase the MR7F Spark plug is the dealer. Since I am pretty far from a,dealer I purchase oem parts online. Here is the issue. The parts diagram shows 2 different part numbers for the spark plug. And the damn dealer doesn’t know which is the correct one either. Does anyone know?

Just curious if this system works going down steep hills. Not sure how it hooks up, or decides when it’s in or out. I have read where if it slips 1/5 of a turn the system kicks in. Hoping it’s not electric. Also any Ideas on where to buy a park brake for the 2015 RZR trail Standard? Thanks Dave-R
