Radiator issues on 900 Trail EPS

Good morning everyone. I’m new to this forum and I was almost ready to buy a new 2015 900 Trail EPS until I saw a video on Youtube about a guy who had major issues with rocks being thrown into the back of the radiator to the point where it punctured the rad. Costly problem and sounds like a design flaw. Any other experience, suggestions on adapted fixes or other advice on the trail 900? Thanks in advance.

Clutch engagemnet speed

My 2015 RZR 900 Standard always jerks when starting. I noticed the engine RPM’s are about 2300-2500 before the primary clutch engages. I have to rev it up quite a bit before it will move. On my Brute force, I pick up a little rpm, and it moves smoothly. Do you think the dealer could adjust the spring in the primary to engage at a lower RPM? I have a new Gates Carbon fiber belt coming, and I hope that will help. The belt has never been burned or damaged, as it had 0 miles when I bought it. I thought it would break in, (Wrong). Dave-R

Clutch kit

I have an 2015 EPS Trail with an BMP tuner and 27 inch tires. My buggy feels like it would benefit from a clutch kit. My next purchase is going to be a clutch kit and I cant decide what one to go with, I have it down to BIKEMAN, SLP, and Dalton. I would like to see what other people are running in there EPS Trails not much for information on a search for clutch kits.

New RZR ????’s

After putting over 500 miles on the new RZR in the Saguache Park area of CO I have some questions. How do I quiet down the annoying exhaust? Trail riding between 10 and 15 MPH it is terrible, Reminds me of a 6v92 Detroit diesel. Going down the roads at higher speeds it mellows out quite a bit and becomes way more tolerable.
Another issue is the clutch. Does it get better the more the belt and clutch gets broke in? Jerky is not a good description. My previous ATV is a CAN AM 500 Outlander Max and the clutch on that machine is as smooth as glass. So its a big adjustment going to the RZR clunking and jerking. Makes loading it in my Fuzion Toyhauler very interesting.
Thanks

Heading to a remote location for 10 days

Hey guys. Heading to moose camp in northern Ontario Canada here at the end of the month

We are approx 4 hours from any civilization, and quite frankly all this talk about voltage regulators and front carrier bearings going out is making me nervous

Other then the usual belt and tire plug kit etc what else should I be bringing with me

My 2015 trail only has about 200 miles on it. When do the regulators typically go out?? Should I be bringing one with me
