I tried to search and couldn’t find anything, I have the Kfi 3500 winch installed, followed the directions and wiring diagram. I have no power to the winch, I have the 12v constant, ground and accessory hooked up to the accessory ports under the hood. I tested the ports under the hood and have no power there. Is there something that needs hooked up under the hood before use? Do you guys just run straight from the battery? This has been a pita.

A arm bushings
Found these today if anyone is interested.
They say they don’t need lube.
I wouldn’t miss that, be nice to get it down to just 2 grease fittings at the prop shaft.

Trail stock rims
I want to try and run the 28×10-12 tensor tires on my stock 12×6 steel wheels. I know the back tires are 9 inch wide now so whats another half inch on each side. Anyone else put a 10inch wide tire on a 6inch rim?

Super atv power steering
Just installed a kit from blue fire outdoors. So I guess it’s the smaller motor kit but to me I like it. I had a xc 800 before this and I felt like that kit had too much assist. So I win win for me, less assist and less money than the new kit from superatv. Next on the list is either bandits or zbroz shocks
New Owner
Hello everyone I’m new to the group & the RZR’s I’ve never owned anything but 4-wheelers & thought I would try the SxS market, I just bought my 900 Trail EPS on 9-30-15 so I’ve not gotten to ride it anywhere yet but around my yard to try to get a feel for it because of the pouring rain & I have to work all weekend so it will be a few days before i can really take it out so are there any issues with these machines I should be aware of or just general info is appreciated
New Air Filtration Boxes (kinda)
So in the never ending process of tryn to bulletproof my 900 for long term reliability I came across this product. Already in production for the 1000, the 900 is on its way. It also mentions addressing my other concern regarding the clutch air inlet as well. Looks interesting an hopeful!

It’s not quite as noisy
My 2015 900 Trail RZR was so loud you had to wear ear plugs, so I bought an 45 deg. adapter for the exhaust pipe. I bought a Walker part # 41187 elbow on ebay for 14.00$ and free shipping. I pulled out the spark arrestor and installed it in the end of the adapter. I bought a 2" exhaust clamp for 3$ and it is better.
I kind of pointed it almost straight back. Does not look to bad, but I think I will paint it anyway. Tried it out and both the wife and I agree it’s better. Until someone comes up with a quiet muffler, it’s going to have to do. I’ll post a picture once I get it painted. Dave-R
