I am going to look at a 2015 Rzr 900 with about 150 miles on it. It has a 2 inch lift and some nice accessories like a light bar and winch. Can anyone tell me what if anything I should be looking for as far as problems? Thanks in advance
Considering picking this up for the RZR. Looks like an excellent fit as I have seen equipped on a few floor models at the local dealer. Currently have a half windshield, poly roof and lower doors installed…anyone runnin the rear in conjuction with a half front? read this is the best combo as far as keeping the dust to a minimum..rants? Raves?
Well, as the title says… I decided to install a Duraclutch in my rig, so I did. I have not given it a real work out, yet, but a quick around the field run did prove it is a lot smoother than stock, engages nicely…
Ok, why did I do it…. well, being an engineer… I just hated using the belt as the engagement device… I like how Duraclutch works and I wanted a better engagement, smoother and I wanted to feel better about not having to consider which gear ( high or low) I should be in. The duraclutch is a lot more forgiving, not that I was overly worried… I just like good engineering and I really like the Duraclutch design.
Yes, pricey… but…. if I find you stuck out somewhere and I pull you out without any problems…. no thanks needed.
Oh, if you consider getting one… get it from Todd at Hunterworks… no better guy around in his field for things about our rigs
I am still looking for a 2" hitch for my XC, my dealer can only get one from the states which means $50 to 100 for shipping and 30% on top of that because of the dollar. Has anyone found one yet?

Thought it might be fun to see what everyone travels there RZR on. This is a 7′ by 10′ all aluminium trailer. It only weighs about 400lbs. And I can roll it with just one hand. ( so can the wife). I can even tow it with our Subaru Forester, or my Tracker. What I really like about it is, it never needs painting , ( ever ). It has 15" radials, and an under deck spare carrier and a very sturdy ramp. Also has easy lube dexter axles. It has a lifetime weld warranty. The deck is treated fir, and I also coated it with oil. I had to repaint 2 trailers this last year, and I worked my tail off sanding and grinding. My surprise was the cost (1600) was about the same for a steel one with a lousy paint job. The wiring was even in conduit, and bright LED lights. The guy who builds these has a one man shop and has a degree in metallurgy. Dave-R

For those of you with the Polaris Deluxe bumper, how is the strength of the bumper and where it mounts to the RZR? I do mostly trail riding and quite often I find myself plowing through tree branches and brush. I need something that will protect the front including the head lights and the polaris bumper looks like it would do that. However I’ve read the mounting points aren’t that strong and I could end up damaging my radiator if I hit something too hard, is that true? Ultimately I would love to get the ATV Guru bumper but being Canadian with our crappy exchange rate the polaris one will come out way cheaper.
