2016 Trail Still in break in mode and haven’t gotten it out other than a few warm up runs in the field across from my house. Today I found a new looking bolt on the ground where I was riding. Picked it up and it was obvious it came from my RZR. Crawled around but could not find where it came from. Started bumping the skid plate and heard something else rattling on the skid pate. I took down the skid plate and found a twin to the bolt I found on the ground along with 2 NyLock nuts. These were on the skidplate drivers side under the area of the battery box. These Bolts and nuts have the appearance they were never attached as there is no thread marks on the NyLock.
I cannot find anything loose or holes where these might go. There is a small compartment next to the battery box with a hole in the bottom. I am thinking they were spare bolts and nuts but not completely sure. If anyone could help I would appreciate it.

I am trying to order decals for a rzr and there is a lot of codes like AI,AJ,AN,AC,AK, and AS does anybody know which colors match with which codes. Thanks in advance.
I got the recall notice today. The gas smell that was driving us crazy, turns out to be a kinked gas tank vent line that of course only the dealer could fix. I was hoping they were going to replace the secondary clutch, and the drive belt that I had to replace already at 400.00$. I was really thinking they might actually fix something. Nope, your on your own once you buy one. Dave-R

Just got my 900 XC home and now its time to start the fun stuff. First on the list is chopping the cage to fit inside my shed. I plan to cut 6 inches out. Only problem is, I dont see how you make these 2 piece come together once the section is cut out. I know you can use ratchet straps to pull it down but I dont think it will line up?? I found these pics online but cant find much else.

What’s up guys picked it up a couple months ago brand new love it so far slowing doing stuff to it . So far I have a full windshield, homemade roof, speaker tube, 1000 s hood, ebay lower doors, and a bumper I welded up one day
ive been trying to do a Comparison between the 2 models. There is a 2k price tag Difference between the 2. Other than the Addition of Fox Shocks I can’t seem to find anything more.
I just bought the 16 900 EPS in the Matte a Turbo Silver and really like that color set up
I just upgraded My 15 Trail EPS from stock 26 8×12 and 26 9×12 to 27 9×12 GBC Kanati Mongrels all the way around.
Fit…No issues at all fit well all the way around. No rubbing anywhere under antycircumstance (haven’t jumped it).
Appearance…Personally, I think it look great. Sits a little higher and I love the symmetry of having the same size all the way around.

Performance…night and day would be an overstatement, however, extremely noticeable difference is probably accurate. I ran 10 psi all around (that’s what I had in stock). I ride hard pack, rocky, rutted, pa trails. I tested on my woods short course. It felt like it was on a rail. I think I could go 5-10 mph faster. Felt stuck. You can still get the back end to slide, but, much more controllably. I actually think I will run a little more psi, like 12-14. I could not detect and power loss with 27s. Additionally, any steering differences with 9 up front was an improvement.
Conclusion…tire did exactly what I wanted to. Improved appearance, better ride, better handling. As for durability…time will tell. It’s no mud tire, but I didn’t want one. I wanted tread on the ground and this tire does that!
I have a 2015 50" 900 and I would like to have the 2" hitch adapter and the oem deluxe rear bumper. Does anyone know it this combination will work together?
