Still lovin the Ol’ 800

I’ve had my 14 rzr 800 for a little over a year now and my father and I cannot be anymore pleased. Nothing has broke yet (knock on wood), just the little whine from the clutch which is common. It has plenty of power for what we ride. Slowly adding mods to it, and it is starting to look good!:redrzr::redrzr:

Primary Clutch Pitts

I removed my clutch cover to clean up my clutch before installing a dalton clutch kit. I noticed that the primary clutch has pits in it. I assume it’s from debris. Do I have to replace my clutch or is it going to be ok for awhile.

I have a rally coming up in May that I will be in so I will be running it as is for that ride but I need to know if I should start saving for a new one

wheel spacer installation

I just ordered my 1.5" aluminum wheel spacers for my 2012 800 LE in which they said I would need longer wheel studs also….upon calling my local dealer they state I don’t need them do to I already have the longer ones do to I have custom rims already on machine….anyone help me please…just want to assure I am putting them on correctly and that I have all the parts to do so come Monday when they arrive

Front prop shaft tractor supply u joint numbers confusion

I just replaced my front u joints on my 2009 rzr 50" with tractor supply u joints they had in stock. I searched this forum high and dry and found the 620.010 weasler part number and called them. They had no part that matched that. So I did more searching and found more numbers people had posted from the box. 0270956 was one other number as well as 200-0676. Called them back and still no part match. Dug deeper into the forum and found a bar code number 7 28357 30023 8 which finally matched up to the dimensions of the u joint I needed which were 22mm cap and 54.8mm width. They had them in stock. But the other numbers on the box didn’t match what others had posted. I just wanted to share this info for anyone who has had this same dilemma. Here are some pictures of the box and the install went smooth.
