When rolling in 2wd there is a noise coming from right below, maybe slightly behind the passenger compartment, kinda of a metallic rattling noise. If I put the machine in 4wd, the noise goes away, then comes back as soon as I return to 2wd. I’m guessing maybe a junk U-joint or bearing where the shaft connects up, making noise when it rotates freely, but under enough pressure to silence it when being turned mechanically. Any suggestions before I start tearing it apart?

So I am new here and have a few questions. I have a 2013 RZR 800 LE Red. I bought it new. Long story short never let anybody play with your toys. Last Memorial day it took a hard hit on the right side. I spent the rest of the last year fixing it. I replaced the hole upper cage frame, "roll cage", bed box, front hood, right rear tire, right rocker pannel cover, and both front cage supports. When I went to put the new roll cage together the rear went on fine, but it was a B to get the front allinged with the front supports. I do think the frame is bent about a 1/4 inch. I did get everything back together, and it seems fine. Last weekend was it first time out since I got it all back together. She seemd to run good and everything held together, but I had a lot of squeaking frome the front. I think it just needs a good greasing up. My big concearn is I found that in a couple spots on the frame the paint on the welds was craking off. The big one is on the lower right front of the frame. I dont think the weld is craking just the paint. Would this be normal? Should I replace the Frame if its bent? I had a good dealer do a deatailed walk around after it was wrecked, and they didnt say anything about the frame being bent. Should it be very hard to alling the front part of the roll cage to the front roll cage support? Any help would be great. Thanks
I am wondering if anyone has tried to put 2011 14" sportsman XP wheels on a Rzr 800. The 2011 look to be different then the 2009. The problem with the 2009 XP wheels not fitting is the Rzr 800 has protruding metal bumps on the hub which prevent the wheel from laying flat and mounting (I know because I just tired and it doesn’t work). I am trying to go with 14" wheels here and skinny tires.

Hey guys looking into buying a Rzr and have found two with low miles for a decent price. Both say they’re 800 LE and the ads give nothing more about the models. So any info on what the differences in the 2 would be great.

Bought a new 2014 last year. The stock shocks and springs stink. Feels like your riding in a Chinese made POS. Decided to buy some shocks. After shopping around and BSing with some dudes went with a conversion with new shocks. I should have just bought an S to begin with. By the time it’s converted I won’t have too much more in it than an S. Any pointers on the install? Have the front tore down already. Way easy so far

It seems as if my 2013 RZR 800 was a transition year. Google search on my 2013 model turns up very little…almost as if 2013 didn’t even exist. I’m having trouble finding a reasonably priced CVT belt that will fit my year. On one site, it might include the 2013 with earlier years, then on another, it is listed by itself (year-wise). I’ve also seen some talk about using the 800 S’s belt, but not sure if this would include the 2013 model year. Anyway, I know there are very knowledgeable folks on here and yes, I did a search but before I buy, would feel more comfortable if I could get a consensus about which belt to buy, which brand, whether 2013 was a transitional year and the belt must be specific to this year, etc.
If you have a buying source to recommend, please do so. If you have a belt brand (AND the part number), even better. So anyway, my ride is a 2013 2-seat RZR 800 LE (NOT the 800S).
