Went to the dealer to see how much they would give me for trade in. They asked me if I ever adjusted the valves? I said I never have.
So are we suppose to adjust the valves? If so how often? I have 1,400 miles on mine and never adjusted the valves.
Just as the title says. One of my coils broke on the rear so I bought a new pair. I noticed that they are shorter than OEM coils. would HD coils be shorter than the OEM?

I need help the forum, I have problems with my rzr800 s 2010.
I recently rebuilt the whole engine, I’ve started but this late ignition timing
I’ve taken down twice checking everything, checking the synchronization of the gears of the distribution.
I have reviewed the tps and is in correct values.
I have reviewed the synchronization TDC and the camshaft and is correct.
reassemble and leave a hole in the casing of the magnetic wheel to see that leave marks to measure progress with a electrobuscopic lamp.
I’m reading an advance that obviously faster and varying rpm is about 1200 turns is idling at about 5 degrees.
This advance is normal or wrong?
I have read the forum that progress is 0 degree at 1200 rpm, someone can corroborarme this information?
I also thought that maybe you could have turned reference rings ranging crankshaft sensor fixed on the stator, but do not know its correct position to verify.
anyone can help, they probe the truth of everything and I’m going crazy

While at Windrock for the spring jam, our rzr went down. We stopped at the bath house after the WWO race and when I went to start the rzr it died. The next attempt it backfired. It will stay running as long as you give it some gas but it sounds off. I had to put it in gear and give it gas to keep it running. The damn thing would throttle up then sputter over and over. Any ideas on what it could be.
I bought a ’14 LE 50" RZR end of last year. Since new it has squeezed horribly every time I ride it. I tried greasing everything a couple times can’t get it to go away. The squeaking is from the front suspension sounds like a bushing.
I just snorkelled my rzr and I silicones the back side of the clutch cover, the lips on the cover as well and tightened my rubber couplers… I went out to test it and it was going good then all of a sudden the clutch got wet and I was only in waist deep water… When I got out with the help of a buddy I noticed the bolt on my
Passenger side motor mount was gone… Would this cause the clutch to leak by twisting the engine and making the cover rub on something? I just replaced my mounts so I assume I didn’t tighten the darn bolt, totally my fault.
I have a2012 800s two seat rzr I went riding two weekends ago rode all day rzr ran fine started back to camp riding around the edge of the lake the passenger side slide off in the lake about gas tank deep shut off rzr my buddy came back and pulled me out I started rzr up too help him get me out he was getting stuck so I turned off my rzr to let him get to wear he could pull me out he pulled me out now it wont start. pulled spark plugs changed spark plugs drained gas out put new gas in it checked relays and fuses still turn over like crazy but will not fire up. everything I have read says the crankshaft sensor is out I would really appreciate any help thanks.
