Yeah so just realized my exhaust manifold and gasket are leaking and not really worth keeping. So can anyone suggest a low to middle of the line exhaust system that they are happy with or can vouch for? Greatly appreciated.
Starting on a skid plate install but I have one problem the rzr I have didn’t come with a skid plate at all so I don’t have any of the factory hardware has anyone had to replace or purchase more of the reseed washers? Can they be bought at say a local fastnal or hardware store? What about the bolts any info on them would be awesome my plan is to kinda get started on it and that it think will help me put together a list of what I would need. But I thought if you guys had any input that would be very helpful! Also if anyone is using what you feel is better hardware I am always open to new ideas.. FYI I have a welder and am not afraid to use it LOL:):) Hope everyone had a Merry Christmas!!
I’m getting ready to inspect my belt on my 2012 800 standard does anyone know the measurements (width) of a usable belt before it needs replaced? Mine has 80 hrs 750 miles on it. It is smooth on take off but it chirps going down hills. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks
I recently snapped a rear axle on my 08 RZR. I talked to a buddy who had a 11 rear axle for me, went to put it in and it did not fit. I am wondering if it is possible to upgrade the gears in my rear diff so they accept the newer axles. only reason I would like to do this is so that I have more years of available parts for my machine. Thank you
Help, I am having a problem getting above 45 mph top speed. I have just put 23-58 weights in the clutch with a black spring and new belt trying to fix this but it did not work. I am hitting 6200 rpm. This is in a 2014 razor 800 trail with engine braking in it. Before I did this I had 62 weights and a green spring ,all I gained was a small rpm raise, about 200 rpm on the top end.maybe a little stronger low end.
Following the advice from the experienced 800 owners, I installed the UMP air box system. I also put the stock exhaust back on my machine in the process. The Big Gun exhaust was too loud for my liking. I’m a previous MX guy and know that when doing intake and exhaust mods on bikes, you sometimes need to do something with adjusting fuel delivery. 1. Should I go back to an aftermarket exhaust using the UMP system, or will stock suffice? 2. Should I get a fuel programmer and adjust air/fuel settings using the UMP system? Thanks for any advice!
