I recently order a pair of the STI HD3 wheels with 6+1 offset in an attempt to get back to a 50" width (my current 5+2 wheels have pushed me out to 52"). Prior to mounting tires on them I thought I would check the measurements to make sure they would accomplish what I wanted. As you can see from the attached pic these wheels are a 5+2, not the 6+1 they advertise.
The retailer that sold the wheels indicated they have had some similar comments from other purchasers but STI responded by saying that’s the way it is. My inquiry to STI has gone unanswered so it appears they really don’t care.
With that said, can anyone suggest a 14" non-beadlock wheel with a 6+1 offset that I might try?

So I just got a hell of a deal on silverbacks….all 4 with 50 miles on them for 250….had to buy em…..lol..question is they 28/12-12" rears and 28/10-12" fronts…..will they fit on my 2012 800 LE rzr…i already have 2" lift and 1 1/2" wheel spacers…anyone else running 28"
I have found three wires rubbed thru down inside the frame area on the rear driver’s side. These wires rubbed on the shift cable. A gray wire leading back to the rear of the engine rubbed thru. Does anyone know what cable that is? It has three wires inside, Blk, clear and open cable. This is the longest cable on the rear driver’s side back by the engine.
It has rubbed thru right where it comes out of the large wiring harness.
Sooo, I’m planning on heading down to king knob wv this weekend for Memorial Day and my birthday.. Just got my stereo system installed and spacers will be put in tommorow. However, just pulled it into the garage and upon take off I hear a clunking noise like something flopping loose more towards the rest end. Somewhere behind the seats.. Stopped and took off a few times and it did it every time. Took it for a spin, noise is only on take off. If I could describe it it sounds like rocks in a bucket getting tossed around almost. Kings Knob is 4 hours from home and I don’t really want to go clear down there just to break but then again I really want to go lol. Could this be just a minor problem or maybe some of you guys know what it is.. I have a gut feeling it’s something with the clutch but it’s so hard to tell. Please give me some answers!! Lol

I just replaced my belt on my 08 rzr 800 and went through a suggested break-in of running threw the all gears up and down through rpm range for 15 min then a 15 min break then repeated the process.
On my first ride on it after that I went out for a country cruise got it up to 45-50 mph in the course of a mile and a half or so then came to a stop sign. When I tried to go again nothing. It wouldn’t go forward in high or low. It would go into reverse but moved very slow in a very high rpm range. I then tried low again nothing. Then high nothing. Back to reverse same result as before. Then tried high again and it took off. Any ideas on what could cause this? Is my clutch screwed up?
Hey everyone I took my new to me 2010 RZR800 out for my first trail ride today. Learned a few things, like tires are too big, clutching is off, suspension is too soft…..
But here’s the one I’m asking for help with, at the beginning of the ride the battery light kept flashing from time to time. It was about 40 out and I hadn’t had this on the trickle charger for a bit. Anyway it eventually went away or I was having too much fun to notice but at the end of the day I noticed while decending some monster ski hills that the tach was reading 0 and the idle was pretty low.
I’m an old school guy so these are new to me, please point me in the right direction.
Does any one have feed back (good or bad) on fuse-powersports winch mount?
I like the idea of mounting the winch lower in relationship to the fairlead.
